The property owner entered my room at 10:05 am ( 5 minutes past the checkout time), she only knocked on the door for 2 seconds and opened my door without my permission, she came in with a dog while I was not even dressed up. She stood in front of me with her dog, and asked for a late checkout penalty. (1) The property owner was very rude and didn’t know how to respect the customer’s privacy. (2) She was very unprofessional and entered my room without my permission. And with a dog!!! This is unacceptable. (3) She is uneducated and doesn’t know what customer service is. Very bad experience, she doesn’t know how to respect people at all.

The owner of this place is rude and horrible. We had issues with our booking and she did not work with us instead she left us outside her property while we talk to customer service. She was trying to charge us double the amount of what we already paid for the booking to add extra people. We ended us getting a different hotel but we were not able to get a refund for 5night stay. Customer service has informed us that she refused to give our money back or even half the price of the 5night stay we booked. The worst part is she never offered for us to come in the lobby to settle things. She let 3 foreigners stand outside her place for 2hours in the middle of the night to figure out what went wrong in the reservations.
