The room was clean and the environment was beautiful. The staff English is good 👍🏻 so communication is basically no problem at all. Although the hotel does not have free parking, there is public parking near the outside of the hotel. So basically there is no problem with self-drive tours.

It's spacious enough for a family of four. I don't think there will ever be a place this spacious in Japan. I was worried because there were no windows, but no one thought there were windows. It's useful because there are tables, and it's convenient because there are two bathrooms. There's a convenience store and a 24-hour supermarket right next door, so it was very nice. Perfect!

An ideal hotel for families with children. The room is very well thought out, zoning allows you to put children to bed and adults to sit in the kitchen area without disturbing the children, furniture with rounded edges, excellent soundproofing, no noise from neighbors is heard. The room has a kitchen with everything you need. Very clean and good cleaning. The hotel itself is very aesthetic. The location is very convenient, the Gion area is within walking distance, opposite is a 24-hour Fresco supermarket, where they sell ready-made food. The hotel is located in a quiet alley. A couple of minutes to the subway station, bus stop, Kyoto station is nearby. We were very pleased. Comfortable beds, blackout blinds.
