非常滿意的旅程，來日本很多次，京都是第二次。山田屋絕對是體驗最好的和式酒店。就在東本願寺對面，離京都站等交通樞紐非常近。 服務特殊一流的， 到達那天下雨，進到大堂服務的老奶奶還幫着拿毛巾擦頭髮、送上熱煎茶。 和式庭院景觀的公共浴室湯泉更是很經典。不愧是百年老店。

The boss is very nice, warm and thoughtful, and the whole room has Japanese characteristics. It mainly has a free hot spring, which is very comfortable. It was drizzling outside that night and the hot spring was gushing. The floor-to-ceiling windows looked out at the courtyard view, which was very nice! It's a pity that we stayed there for too little time

I really like this place. As expected of a century-old store, the boss patiently explained all the surrounding attractions, culture, and restaurants to us, making our two-day trip to Kyoto very fulfilling. This time we only booked for one night. Next time we come to Tokyo, we must stay a few more night, love it

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans ce ryokan typiquement japonais, idéal pour une immersion totale dans la culture locale. L’établissement est d’une propreté impeccable, avec les draps et les yukatas changés chaque jour — un vrai confort. À notre arrivée, on nous a offert un thé froid, ce qui nous a immédiatement mis dans l’ambiance zen du lieu. Le personnel est exceptionnel : attentionné, discret et toujours prêt à rendre service. Chaque jour, une nouvelle friandise traditionnelle nous attendait dans la chambre, une petite touche qui fait toute la différence. Et quel bonheur de pouvoir profiter gratuitement de l’un des trois onsens disponibles sur place — un pur moment de détente après une journée de découvertes à Kyoto.

Lovely and cute ryokan
Super beautiful and cute ryokan, we loved it so much! The staff was lovely and kind and gave us great recommendations both for Kyoto and for our next stop in Osaka. Their breakfast was amazing and everything was just so wonderful!
