If you come to Kyoto, you must experience a machiya, so this is the place. In addition, this hotel will send you an email to ask you to pay the Japanese tax at the store, register all the check-in information online, and notify the other party before it will send you the check-in password. I did it late and found out one day in advance. Yes, I haven’t received an email the next day after it was done (the day I checked in), and I couldn’t contact the store, nor could Ctrip! Fortunately, Ctrip finally contacted me. It was a false alarm. Everyone arrived in front of the door, but a pile of luggage couldn't get in. This was the first time I encountered it.
