酒店服務非常好，服務人員總是笑臉相應，雖然彼此語言存在一些障礙但是他們能夠努力與我們溝通，日本人辦事情很認真，由於需要入住證明，check in 的時候跟前台説了，被告知需要check out的時候提供，等check out 時候換了另一個前台，還沒等我要就主動給我了。酒店位置非常好，出來50米就是鴨川，下樓就是木屋町，木屋町是吃飯喝酒的好去處。走不遠就是三條河原町購物逛街方便，與京都市政府隔條馬路，各種bus線路交通方便。17樓自助餐可以眺望衹園，不建議選擇6樓的日式早餐，因為17樓其實也有日式米飯味增湯各種日式小菜，而且不限量，6樓日式餐是定食，咖啡是要另付費的，而17樓的咖啡飲料隨便，並且非常貼心的提供了咖啡外帶杯。房間足夠大，也很安靜，可能在日本大家都學會了細聲細語，在屋裡從來沒有聽到走廊裏麪的動靜。

Excellent location, good service, the buffet breakfast on the 17th floor is of good standard, the room has a nice view, 37 square meters, large bathroom space, and the room is average. The downside is that the windows are not soundproof. My room is on the side facing the road.
