The hotel is in a great location, with the Kamogawa River just outside the window, and a panoramic view of the cherry blossoms along the river. The Mizuki is especially delicious, and we were not satisfied even after two dinners in a row. The service and hygiene are impeccable, and except for the higher prices during the cherry blossom season, there is really no complaint.
