Nice modern Hotel/Aparthotel, great for families. Rooms are spacious, nicely designed and functional each room with aircondition. Staff is friendly and helpful. Functional kitchen and we appreciated laundry room with 3 modern washing machines.

I took my child to see the cherry blossoms on her birthday. I had to eat at this noodle shop after the ticket check. It was delicious. The hotel was very comfortable. The hotel provided a complete range of skin care products and toiletries. There was also a self-service currency exchange machine in the hotel. The exchange rate seemed a little higher, but it was convenient. It was close to the subway and there were many convenience stores nearby. I bought breakfast for the next day every night. There were microwave ovens and battery stoves. After eating, I set off to the nearby attractions in about 20 minutes. I took my child on foot and there were scenery everywhere. It was a pleasant journey.

Fantastic place to stay in Kyoto! Perfect for families! Close to Ninjo Castle. Easy to get from the Kyoto Station with the direct subway Green Line.
Super clean!
Extremely important: the hotel has to remove the smoking area completely ASAP. The smoke spreads all over the hotel. We stayed on the second floor and could smell the smoking inside the room.
Hope this would be changed in the shortest time!

This is a hotel that I really can't find any faults with. It's my favorite hotel I've stayed in Japan! , very new, the room is very, very big, with floor-to-ceiling windows, the design of all the rooms is very considerate and suitable for use, the refrigerator is very large, there is a freezer and an electronic stove. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in, there were plenty of pillows and quilts in the room, the sound insulation seemed good, and there were a lot of supplies at the counter that you could take yourself, such as moisturizer, mouthwash, lotion, and bath salt.
The only real downside is that the convenience store is two traffic lights away and the subway station is 8-9 minutes away on foot. Next to it is the Mikane Shrine where Japanese people line up to worship⛩️You must go!

As hotels go for a family of four, you cant get better then this. The room was specious and had all the amenities you needed. Furthermore, it is in a great location away from the hustle and bustle of Kyoto whilst still giving you access to convenient trains and places to eat and visit. This place must be relatively new as it had that feel about it.
