乾淨.清潔.早晚還有接駁車，飯店人員很客氣，住宿期間晚上去吃拉麵卻把護照跟錢忘在拉麵店，還是飯店人員幫我打電話去拉麵店處理的，因為已經接近晚上11點，飯店人員還特地開車載我去拿回來，真的很感謝他

The overall feeling is not bad. It feels like it was invested and built by a Chinese company, but the staff are all Japanese. I couldn't find a hotel when I was about to go out, and I saw this place when I was far away. There are not many comments and pictures on the Internet, so I posted more for reference. I thought it was still a private room + public bathroom like a youth hostel. After arriving, I found that they all had private bathrooms. It is very spacious for one person to live in, but it is a bit tight for two people. The tatami mattress is relatively small. If you put two mattresses, you can barely open two suitcases. It is a bit far from Kyoto Station, but it is convenient to take the bus. It takes 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to the bus station. There are buses before 10 pm, but it is not convenient to go back to the hotel in the middle of the night. It is basically no problem to control the itinerary. The service is very good, with free breakfast. There is also a free pick-up service from Kyoto Hachijo Station, which needs to be booked in advance with the front desk.

The building and rooms were very clean, probably because it was just opened recently. The location was a little hard to find, as it was set back from the national highway. The breakfast menu was very healthy.

コンセプトがバラバラ 和室であり、作業用机はあったが布団が敷いてあるので設置場所がない。 大浴場がなく、部屋にバスタブもない。インバウンド向けだと思われるが、場所は工場地域でビジネス客が主であり、非常に使いづらい。 朝食は京都風で良かったが、この点だけ、突然京都風になっている。
