The check-in was very crowded. I arrived about 5 minutes before the check-in time. They told me to wait in the lobby because they would check in in order, so I waited in the lobby, and the staff told me to line up in front of the front desk again after check-in time. At that point, there was a long line in front of the front desk. I thought it was unkind to tell me to wait in the lobby. The woman's response after that was also unkind from start to finish. The room was clean and I chose a room with over 200 square feet, enough space for luggage. The location is convenient. There is also a convenience store opposite the hotel. I will stay here again next time I come to Kyoto.
