Overall it was good. When I arrived, a very thin lady picked me up. She had to carry my two big boxes by herself. My boyfriend helped her and kept thanking her.
The room was very nice and the facilities were very good. Pajamas and yukatas were provided. They also provided sake for bathing, facial masks and skin care products. There was also a rest area on the third floor with free juice, biscuits and ice cream.
One bad review. I checked out at 11:00 and told the front desk to store my luggage (I know the hotel provides luggage storage service), but I was told that it can only be stored until 3:00 pm? Why is it full? I had to take a taxi to Kyoto Station at 3 o'clock to check my luggage and then take a taxi to the destination. It was a waste of time and money!
And when we left, no one saw us off. There was no one at the front desk, so we took our suitcases away and they didn't care about us. They didn't even see us to the door. I was speechless.
