I booked a 3-person room, which was larger than expected. It had a living room, a 4-seater sofa, a balcony and a kitchen. It was no problem to unpack 3 large luggages at once. The hotel is in a very good location, within a 10-minute walk to Aeon and a 5-minute walk to Kyoto Station. The hotel staff are also very friendly and can communicate in English. Will stay again next time!

The hotel is very close to Kyoto Station and the limousine bus stop. The room is spacious and equipped with an induction cooker, a small oven, a microwave and a small refrigerator, as well as a full set of tableware. You can also borrow rice cookers, Morphy pots, irons and other electrical appliances. The toiletries are all from PLOA. There are Isetan and AEON next to it. It is convenient for shopping, travel and living. The service staff speaks fluent English. There is a self-service laundry 2 minutes away from the back of the hotel.
