The apartment provides parking spaces for children and the elderly. If the parking space is full, there is also a parking lot nearby, which is very convenient! The apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable! The kitchen is new and equipped with all the basic facilities, including a baby bed and a children's chair, which is very considerate! The washing machine and clothes drying rack are very easy to use, and the service staff are very friendly. I am very satisfied with the apartment as a whole. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance to come to Kyoto again!

Overall quite satisfactory. The subway station is a 10-minute walk away, the bus station is a 2-minute walk away, and the large supermarket Izumi is an 8-minute walk away. We booked this place mainly because we planned to cook for ourselves. We can borrow rice cookers and cooking oil from the front desk. The room has an oven, toaster and tableware, so the facilities are quite complete. I didn't give full marks to the facilities because they were still missing a dishwasher, hahahaha. After washing clothes, you can use the bathroom drying function to dry them, which is very suitable for family travel. Cleaning is done once every three days, but you can help take out the garbage every day.

The apartment rooms are fully equipped with all facilities, just like home. It is convenient to buy ingredients for cooking, and you can also wash clothes. The front desk clerk can introduce the room equipment clearly and in detail, which is great.

The front desk staff and the hotel itself were very nice and it felt like home rather than a hotel. There was a subway station about a 5-minute walk away, so it wasn't too hard to travel long distances.

From Ctrip's site... I saw a picture of a room with a massage chair and it was expensive, but I booked this room. However, it was not installed and the hotel did not respond. It's hype.
