Not that big of an issue, but the cleaning staff and front office couldn’t follow my request to keep the bathroom doors open while I hung my wet laundry inside. The cleaning staff also missed a lot of water markings on the counters and didn’t clean it that well.

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights when I came to Kyoto in March! The red leaf season is here again!! The environment is great and very suitable for family travel! The room is very Japanese style. It is also very big! It is a relatively good hotel at the same price

We had a lovely stay at Kaya Nijo. Beautiful Japanese interior decor with modern amenities. Friendly staff at reception. Location is convenient with 5 minutes walk to bus stop (main form of transport for sightseeing), Lawson and supermarket. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended.

The breakfast was delicious, and I was very satisfied with the hotel, including the lobby, reception, and rooms.
There were plenty of amenities available, as well as coffee, snacks, and tea in the rooms.
