The bathroom shower room is very smelly

A group of friends and I booked executive rooms. When we got to the first floor, we asked the receptionist if we could check in on the executive floor. We were told no, and we didn't know why, so we just checked in on the first floor. The executive lounge was incredibly crowded that evening. We ran out of food, but no one refilled it. There wasn't much to eat, really. Kyoto has so many delicious options, so there was no need to eat here. The air conditioning in the room was incredibly strange. There was no way to adjust the temperature. It would automatically switch to warm air between 2 and 3 a.m. every night, leaving me speechless from the heat. You can verify this issue later. My friends said they had to get up in the middle of the night to turn the air conditioner back to 20 degrees Celsius before it would start cooling again, but in my room, it still had the heat flame icon at 20 degrees Celsius. It was very confusing. Because of this terrible air conditioning, we won't be back again. And let's talk about the suite we booked. They said they wanted an extra bed for a third person in the living room, but they made it up as a sofa bed. The sofa bed was terrible, and it was severely dented. I requested a standard extra bed. Initially, Ctrip and the hotel spent several hours negotiating, but they both said they didn't have those standard extra beds. Since I'm a Hilton member, I called Hilton to complain. After five hours, they finally made it available, but it cost 500 RMB per day. So, I paid for it. The hotel's attitude towards extra beds is truly confusing. They said they'd pay for it, but they had to complain to Hilton before they could provide a standard extra bed. The hotel's breakfast was quite good, with a wide variety, but I remember it ended at 10:00 PM, making it unsuitable for those who sleep in. The location is good, but due to their poor communication and the poor air conditioning, I won't be back.

Very new, very big and very good. Nothing wrong with it except that it's expensive.
