Stayed one night as we visited Spa Land and the outlet. It was quite noisy in the room due to rooms facing road. We requested for non smoking room in advance through messaging but was ignored. Even when we were at the reception to do check in, the staff flatly refused to change the smoking room to non smoking.

The room is very simple, clean and tidy, and across from the motel is a convenience store. There is free coffee and tea offered in the public area which is in front of the reception desk. After I had tea, I just went back to my room soon. However, I left my handbag on the ***** sofa. I was very worried because my passport and money were in my bag. Luckily, the kind receptionist lady kept my handbag. Thanks for the help from the lady. She saved my day and my trip !!!

The location is excellent, only an 8-minute drive to the Long Island Orchestra. The room was clean and tidy, and the lady at the front desk was very polite. Simple breakfast, coffee, juice, bread. Overall feeling good.

The service staff at the front desk could communicate well in English. They saw us dragging our suitcases and took the initiative to help us arrange a room on the first floor. The attitude is also sincere and polite, and I feel very good. The reception hall is warmly decorated and has a stuffed bear, which makes people feel warm and comfortable.
