The female staff could speak English and very throughly explained everything. We stayed 2 nights. The outdoor hot spring is amazing. Breakfast is delicious, view is great.

Nice place & friendly hotel staff

Excellent location, right in front of Nusamai Bridge and walking distance to the fisherman wharf. There are a lot of eateries around the hotel, all with pretty good reviews. Breakfast was great too, lots of selection and taste good. The only thing I don't quite like was the room. Booked a 3 bedded room, room was clean, no view, basic amenities, nothing special about the room. Air con is controlled by a centralised system, I went in June, and it was too warm at night. I feel the price is quite expensive for the room.

The breakfast was very satisfying and delicious. The bath was spacious and there was an open-air bath, so it was a great place to stay. I would like to stay here again.

The hotel is just downstairs from the Kushiro JR Station, where the sunset is very beautiful. It is 12-15 minutes away from the bus and JR stations to Lake Akan, Sapporo and Nemuro. The hotel breakfast is on the 12th floor with a river view. The bathhouse is beyond expectations. Men are on the 11th floor and women are on the 9th floor. The open-air bath on the 12th floor is divided into left and right sides. Because the bathhouse is open to the public, there are many people, but not many women.

After the Food Valley Tokachi Marathon, I stretched my legs and went to Kushiro. Although it was a little far from the station, the location was perfect along the river, and the room was nice with a desk and a refrigerator. The bath was a hot spring, with a large open-air bath and sauna, which helped me to relax after the marathon. Breakfast was also a buffet, so I was able to try a little bit of the specialty dishes of Eastern Hokkaido.

The hotel is about 100 meters away from the Nusamai Bridge, and it's not far from the river. It's a bit old, but not old. The big bath is very comfortable. There is a small shop in the lobby. The Robatayaki shop opposite the gate is very unique.

Very close to the Numai Bridge, it takes a long way to get from the JR station, and it was a bit overwhelming dragging a suitcase. Japanese hotels are very generous, and basically there will be free welcome drinks, but this one doesn't, which feels a little lacking. In addition, the quilt cover was slightly stained, so I could only sleep with my eyes closed ~ The breakfast was good, except for the lack of seafood rice, there were many other specialties and the taste was good.

The open-air bath had a nice view. Unfortunately, due to the direction of the window in our room, there was a sheet stuck on the window and we couldn't see outside, which was a shame.
