Bed is big for Japan standards , room just enough , good location next to restaurants , good onsen.

The female staff could speak English and very throughly explained everything. We stayed 2 nights. The outdoor hot spring is amazing. Breakfast is delicious, view is great.

Excellent location, right in front of Nusamai Bridge and walking distance to the fisherman wharf. There are a lot of eateries around the hotel, all with pretty good reviews. Breakfast was great too, lots of selection and taste good. The only thing I don't quite like was the room. Booked a 3 bedded room, room was clean, no view, basic amenities, nothing special about the room. Air con is controlled by a centralised system, I went in June, and it was too warm at night. I feel the price is quite expensive for the room.

There are many restaurants nearby and the location is good, the hot spring has an open-air bath, and the food is delicious. This is my regular place to stay when I visit Kushiro. If I had to say something negative, it would be that the parking lot is a little hard to find, and the sink is next to the door and small, making it difficult to use.

Standard Japanese-style single room, very clean, and comfortable bed. I chose this hotel because of the large open-air bath on the roof, but girls have to take the elevator naked to get up, which is a bit shy. It is within walking distance to the famous grilled conch and yakitori shop. It is very convenient to go to the Washo Market to eat seafood in the morning. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is a high-rise one. It was my first time parking there, and it cost 880 per night.

Breakfast on the 12th floor with a good location and view is very good. Parking fee is 880 yen per day. The room has a bad view. The global view is amazing.

It's old, but it's enough. It was quiet and comfortable. I was upgraded to a larger room because it was my first time. For women, the reception for the observation bath is on the 12th floor, then you go down to the 9th floor for the indoor bath, changing room, sauna and cold bath on the 11th floor, and the observation open-air bath is on the 12th floor. It was my first time to move between bath areas by elevator. Breakfast was a buffet, nothing special, but it was delicious. Before checking in, I went to the designated paid parking lot, but it was full, so I was worried because I didn't know how long I would have to wait. I wonder if this is normal around here near the downtown area.
