Kusatsu Hotels with Wi-Fi

It seems to be one of the eight largest hot spring hotels in Asia. The facilities are of course first-rate. The designers and owners’ attentiveness can be seen in every detail, making the guests feel relaxed and comfortable. All three public baths have indoor and open-air baths, and sake lees masks and various moisturizers are provided free of charge. For a hot spring hotel of this level, the waiters were of course friendly, especially the brother who was responsible for picking me up at the station. The only foreign lady who was responsible for receiving me at the beginning was also very cute. The only bad thing is.....the food is plentiful but really not tasty! I am not a picky eater, but I can't finish breakfast and dinner.

It was a great hotel, and everything was on spot one of the great places I stayed within, had there a lot of fun and memories, but there were two main problems. The first one is that I didn't have the option to include breakfast in the order, I ordered dinner once at the restaurant there, and it was amazing, worth the money, and a wonderful experience, And the other problem is that the location is a bit of a walk uphill, and it has been hard every time when I got downtown and had to climb back over, btw the zip code was wrong, so I had a rough beginning, and very hard to find the place at the start so travelers, when you are getting there, search on google maps kane midory and follow that or get a taxi to the location, it should be around 1k yen from the bus station so it should help you a lot with that. Anyway, the staff was amazing and helped me a lot there, and I would be glad to come back soon and stay there again with the hope that I could include breakfast with my order next time; either way, I had a great time there, and the experience was amazing.

A very old hot spring hotel, well worth a visit. There is enough space in the parking lot. Everything is complete and comfortable once you check in. The hot spring is very good and effective.

This was my first time staying here! There are a lot of families here! When you enter the hotel, it smells a bit bad, probably because of the humidity. It's a long walk to get to our room for my husband and I, who don't have very good knees. There are also a lot of stairs, so it would be nice if there was a barrier-free area. The food is delicious! There are both Japanese-style and Western-style rooms, and we were able to relax in the spacious rooms.

It is about 200 meters to the hot spring scenic area and about 200 meters to the station. My child and I did not go out to soak in the hot spring. The hotel has its own hot spring, which is a private hot spring. 15 minutes per person, my child and I can accumulate 30 minutes. The water is always flowing! If you think the water is too hot, you can contact the waiter to add cold water~ The sulfur hot spring in Kusatsu is really great! Every time I soak my whole body, I feel very comfortable~

Hotel staff was very nice & helpful. Convenient to the Centre of yukatake, lots of restaurants nearby. There is 2 other sister hotel that you can freely to enjoy the Onsen.

Good value for money There is a private bath for you to take a dip in It's just that the room doesn't have a bath. You have to go to the big bathhouse to soak in the hot springs and wash together. If you mind, just book the Season Garden. The room space is average and a bit stuffy. It would be better if you open the window Overall very good Anything to eat is fine There is also a shuttle bus to Karuizawa Station (reservation is required in advance)

I'm thinking of staying here again the next time I visit Kusatsu Onsen. It's about a 15-minute walk to the Yubatake. There's a bagel shop on the way. Really delicious. The building is lovely.

Pros: 1. The room was incredibly spacious, with 4 beds even though we were only a party of 3. The mountain view from the room was fantastic! 2. Overall cleanliness was good. 3. Excellent location near Yubatake, where local shops and dining options are plentiful. 4. The private onsen was amazing, with a convenient button to refill hot water into the tub. 5. Special afternoon and evening times offered free food at the lounges, including ice cream, turnip soup, sausages, noodles, and special amenities like complimentary interdental brushes and facial masks. 6. Hotel staff provided excellent and efficient service. 7. Dinner was a delightful 7-course meal, with each evening featuring a different menu. 8. Breakfast was quite good with a decent variety. 9. The complimentary parking area was spacious with plenty of spots, located right next to the hotel entrance. Cons: 1. There isn't much to criticise about the place. Perhaps the breakfast spread could vary slightly each day.

The hot spring hotel is very close to Yubatake. The Yubatake is beautiful at night. The hotel's Keishi cuisine is delicious and well presented. There is also a QR code for breakfast and dinner to let you scan and explain what each dish is. They are very attentive. The hot springs are also very comfortable. They are switched between morning and evening, so you can soak in the hot springs on both sides. The waiters were very nice and provided warm hospitality. I will definitely stay here again next time I have the opportunity.
