Hotels with Breakfast in Kusatsu

It seems to be one of the eight largest hot spring hotels in Asia. The facilities are of course first-rate. The designers and owners’ attentiveness can be seen in every detail, making the guests feel relaxed and comfortable. All three public baths have indoor and open-air baths, and sake lees masks and various moisturizers are provided free of charge. For a hot spring hotel of this level, the waiters were of course friendly, especially the brother who was responsible for picking me up at the station. The only foreign lady who was responsible for receiving me at the beginning was also very cute. The only bad thing is.....the food is plentiful but really not tasty! I am not a picky eater, but I can't finish breakfast and dinner.

This is a hotel with a long history since the Edo period. It is 2 minutes away from the bus station and Yuten. The hotel's meticulous service is meticulous and thoughtful, with a smile on your face, and the special apple juice is very delicious. The dinner is Kaiseki cuisine, and you can experience it one dish at a time. The food is quite rich. Special praise for Liu San who can speak Chinese. The service is very good, which makes us communicate barrier-free and feel at ease. The hot spring is also very comfortable. I have never experienced such a service-oriented hotel. It’s a bit hard to get to the hotel from bus terminal if u have luggage with u as it’s a downslope to get to the hotel. There’s also isn’t any lift in the hotel so we have to carry our luggage up to the second floor. We realised when we checked out that there’s actually locker for the luggage at the ground floor. There’s only one type of water in their public onsen which is kind of disappointing as we have high expectations since it is an onsen town. The onsen water however is good. We do feel some difference before and after onsen. There’s also free coffee & hot chocolate drinks right outside the onsen area. It would be better if there’s ice water in the onsen area as the water can get very hot & especially when there’s no cold tub there. The room however is spacious with comfortable bed. There’s also a foot bath located at the ground floor of the hotel right beside the breakfast area.

A very old hot spring hotel, well worth a visit. There is enough space in the parking lot. Everything is complete and comfortable once you check in. The hot spring is very good and effective.

This was my first time staying here! There are a lot of families here! When you enter the hotel, it smells a bit bad, probably because of the humidity. It's a long walk to get to our room for my husband and I, who don't have very good knees. There are also a lot of stairs, so it would be nice if there was a barrier-free area. The food is delicious! There are both Japanese-style and Western-style rooms, and we were able to relax in the spacious rooms.

I highly recommend this one. It was one of the cheaper ones when I booked it. Quadruple room, four beds, large room, three windows. The hotel is 100 meters away from Yubatake, which is 100 meters. The location is extremely convenient. It is less than 300 meters away from Osawa No Yu. It is about 600 meters away from Xiheyuan Open-air Bath. It is less than 300 meters away from the station. The hotel has two small private baths, which can be used with air conditioners. The hotel's breakfast is a set meal, milkshake + yogurt + a piece of fruit + a bowl of soup + a hot dog. It is really filling and tastes good. Recommended for those with children.

If you want to experience authentic Japanese tatami-style accommodation and stroll around in traditional yukata, this is a great choice. The hotel is conveniently located near all the hot springs, and accommodations here include a rich dinner and breakfast. It’s highly recommended for families or couples traveling together. I highly recommend it!

Good value for money There is a private bath for you to take a dip in It's just that the room doesn't have a bath. You have to go to the big bathhouse to soak in the hot springs and wash together. If you mind, just book the Season Garden. The room space is average and a bit stuffy. It would be better if you open the window Overall very good Anything to eat is fine There is also a shuttle bus to Karuizawa Station (reservation is required in advance)

Given that the hotel is abit old, the 3 star cleanliness is referring to the old facility at guy side onsen. It’s not maintain well and everything looks old. It’s 10mins walking distance to bus terminal and another 5-6mins to yubatake. Bonus point gives to free shuffle from/to daitokon with the very precise bus schedules. Room is clean but bear in mind, it’s not non-smoking hotel so might have chance to smell cigarette smell in room. Fortunately, our room is good. Overall we satisfy with our stay at kusatsu onsen resort.

Stayed with mother-in-law for 2 nights and loved it. Service: The station and Kusatsu Onsen attractions are picked up at any time by private car; when you enter the door, you will be served with hand-made matcha and snacks for you to wait for check-in. At the same time, the staff will wipe our boxes before sending them into the guest room; the gentleman welcoming the guests is full of gentleman style , The service is thoughtful and considerate; the hotel staff greet the guests at any time and provide any help; check out in the room and help you bring your luggage to the special car that takes you to the station. Rooms and facilities: Needless to say, they are clean and tidy. There are only 10 rooms in total, bedrooms with Western-style beds, and electric blankets are always on for warmth. Whenever you want to soak in the hot springs, you will find refreshments on the room table. There is a public hot spring, a private hot spring can be reserved, and the bathroom in the room on the first floor also has its own hot spring. Unfortunately, I came to my aunt, and I could only take a shower in the bathroom of my room with the water in the tub and the tub. However, the two mild eczema on my body were soaked... Meals: dinner and breakfast. Private rooms in the restaurant. The breakfast was very rich, and the dinner was a traditional 9-course kaiseki cuisine. The amount was relatively large, and it was not polite to finish it. Later, I simply stopped eating for lunch...The ingredients were fresh, the utensils were exquisitely presented, and the dishes were full of sincerity. The only hope is that the store can pass on this tradition of serving customers wholeheartedly.
