是新開的喜來登，這次住兩個晚上。當天辦理入住的時候，前台説給我免費升級到行政房，感覺像在忽悠人。因為房間和我原來訂的圖片是一模一樣的感覺就像沒升級一樣。訂單備註了是紀念日令我失望的是房間的床上沒有任何佈置也沒有歡迎水果，歡迎飲料或者小蛋糕贈送。我覺得起碼應該折一個花放在床上。很遺憾來這裏過紀念日！第二天下午5:00回到房間依舊沒有打掃衞生，還有一樓的采悦軒吃晚餐，那裡的菜也不像點評上説的好吃，感覺像刷出來的好評味道真的是很難吃，一般五星級酒店真的還做不出這樣的口味來。所有的菜服務員名字都報不出，我點過菜了，服務員還會拿着菜單上來讓我點菜，因為他壓根忘記剛才已經為我點好菜了，在吃了一半的時候，服務員突然説要幫我撤走，我正在喝的湯是我還沒吃完，他就準備過來收我的碗了？我好驚訝！這樣的服務真的是不敢恭維，最後到了週一早上我要退房了，去吃早餐，7:10的時候菜品都沒有出齊，鍋裏空空，最基礎的餛飩麪條，服務員和我説水還沒燒開，需要等15分鐘後他才可以給我煮麪條下餛飩。我想説早餐時間不是6:30就開始了嗎？反正服務不行有點亂
