Sheraton Hotels in Kunshan

I stayed at the newly opened Sheraton for two nights. When I checked in that day, the front desk offered me a free upgrade to an executive room, but it felt like a scam. The room looked exactly like the pictures I'd originally booked, so I didn't get an upgrade. I'd noted it was our anniversary, but I was disappointed to find no welcome fruit, drinks, or cakes on the bed. I should have at least had a flower on the bed. It was such a shame to spend our anniversary here! The next day, I returned to the room at 5:00 PM, but it still hadn't been cleaned. I also had dinner at Caiyuexuan on the first floor, but the food there wasn't as good as the reviews had suggested. It felt like it was spammed with reviews and tasted terrible. You wouldn't expect a five-star hotel to produce such quality. The waiter couldn't pronounce any of the dishes. Even after I ordered, he brought me a menu and asked me to order, having completely forgotten I'd already taken my order. Halfway through my meal, he suddenly said he was going to remove my soup. I was so surprised! This kind of service is really not good. Finally, on Monday morning, when I was about to check out, I went to have breakfast. At 7:10, the dishes were not yet complete. The pot was empty. The basic wonton noodles were served. The waiter told me that the water had not yet boiled and I needed to wait 15 minutes before he could cook the noodles and wontons for me. I want to ask, doesn't breakfast start at 6:30? Anyway, the service is poor and a bit chaotic.
