The hotel is very conveniently located, next to the Golden Eagle Shopping Mall. The service is very good. We were upgraded to an executive room, given tickets to the amusement park, afternoon tea, and a small ocean ball playground in the hotel restaurant. There are also free fruits. Very good experience, I will come again next time!

Room are very clean and comfortable. Staffs are kind and call Didi for us on the day back to Shanghai. Cat at hotel is very adorable. Very near the emtrance to the ancient town. Bingsu near hotel is very delicous. Must try.

The room is clean, the bedding is odorless and dry, and the facilities are sufficient. The service staff is enthusiastic, especially the doorman who will open the door for guests as long as there is a driveway, which is great! The breakfast variety is not very rich, a combination of Chinese and Western, and the breakfast service staff is not enthusiastic enough. We were a bit speechless when we didn't tell us that the hot dishes were ready. Because I was in a hurry when I left, I forgot to leave some items in the room. After communicating with the front desk staff by phone, they first confirmed that the left-behind items were still in the room and then sent them to our home by express delivery. Thank you very much! I have a small suggestion that it would be more perfect if the bathroom could be used as a small clothes hanger or other clothes. It is a must-see if you come to Zhouzhuang Ancient Town for tourism! There are not many delicious foods around the hotel, and most restaurants are located inside and outside the ancient town.

The location is in the old town, on Zhongshan Road, with a superior location. There is a square behind it, which is very convenient for eating and shopping, and it is also convenient to take a taxi. It is a few hundred meters away from Tinglin Garden, and it takes more than 10 minutes to walk. The ticket is 20. The hotel has been renovated, the hygiene is very good, the facilities are very good, there are unlimited drinks and snacks in the small refrigerator, there is an indoor swimming pool and a gym, which are very clean. The hotel service staff is of high quality and polite, especially Elena, who has a very good service attitude and gave small gifts. The breakfast is also good. In short, it is very cost-effective and worth recommending 👍

Room is big, spacious, and the view is most of the time really good (very tall building and the rooms are located from floor 29+). The hotel does have a swimming pool but for the 1 month I was there, it was said to be on maintenance. I guess it won't open any time soon (seems like it's just abandoned, a pity). The gym is alright, enough for most workouts. There is no washing machine available for free, you have to pay an extravagant amount to get your clothes washed. Good point is, the hotel is located on top of a big mall. Food is very easily accessible thanks to that, I was so glad to live there after a long day at work. Overall I would recommend that hotel!

I really like this hotel, it is already the third time I come here and for good reasons. It has a little something special then the regular tipical hotels offer. Like the nespresso coffee, or the soft comfy pillows for example. Positively to mention is the staff. Speak good English and very friendly, like Jessie or David Wei for example. David not only speaks very good English, but threw in a free upgrade for me which made me feel special. The suite of the hotel is very spacious and offer plenties. Highlight of this hotel, what I don't find anywhere else for this budget is the wellness area. Big pool, outstanding gym with TRX and body workout equipment. Best, however is the sauna with a cold plunge. A cold water plunge is almost impossible to find in other hotels, unless you are waaaaay in higher budget. So for those out there practicing sauna + cold plunge, this is with no doubt your choice.

Perfect experience beyond expectation! Thanks to Fairmont for the surprise upgrade! I booked the nearby Fairmont Yangcheng Lake Suzhou for the music festival this time. I felt the considerate service from the time I checked in. The front desk lady was familiar with the business, enthusiastic and thoughtful. She took the initiative to inform me that I had upgraded the room type for free, from the ordinary lake view room to the lake view suite. It was a big surprise on the trip!   The upgraded room is spacious and bright, the bathroom is spacious and luxurious, there is a dressing table, a dressing room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows face the beautiful scenery of Yangcheng Lake, with a panoramic view of the sunset in the evening and the waves in the morning. The facilities in the room are well maintained, the bedding is very comfortable, and the details show the quality everywhere. In addition to the desk, there is also a conference table in the living room, and you can hold a board meeting in the room! What's more worth mentioning is that the hotel also thoughtfully prepared welcome fruits. You don't need to order supper when you check in at night, which makes people feel warm. There is enough drinking water, so I stay hydrated at any time. I checked in in March. I heard that the occupancy rate is quite high. I got up early to taste the delicious breakfast. There are so many choices! There are both Chinese and Western food, and I especially like Suzhou-style dim sum and wontons. The environment of the hotel is also impeccable. The lakeside trail is quiet and cozy, which is very suitable for staycation here. Going out is to stroll in the park to enjoy the flowers. This stay at Fairmont has doubled my favorability towards the Fairmont brand! I will definitely recommend it to friends and family! The location of the hotel is suitable for self-driving, and it is very secluded at night. I will definitely choose here next time I come to Yangcheng Lake!

This location is very convenient from Kunshan Station and Kunshan South Station. It’s my second time to stay here. It’s very cost-effective and the service is very friendly. There are a lot of food nearby, including breakfast.

I am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.
