My recent stay at the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the impeccable facilities, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel at home during my short visit. The hotel's facilities were perfect, with spacious and well-appointed rooms. The dining experience was a highlight, with delicious food served in a five-star setting. The only minor suggestion would be to clean the windows from the outside, as they appeared a bit dirty. However, this did not detract from the overall excellent experience. I highly recommend the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The location is right next to Zhouzhuang, and you can walk in in 5 minutes. It's very close and very convenient~ Parking is free, and there will be a car to pick you up after parking! The overall environment is very beautiful and the layout is very nice! I like it very much, the room is also very clean and comfortable, and they also helped us upgrade to a twin room with an outdoor courtyard for free~ The courtyard of the B&B is also very beautiful, very suitable for sitting in it and drinking tea to relax, and there are many places to take pictures hahaha, but it's a pity that we checked in late and the courtyard was no longer open. I will definitely stay here next time I go to Zhouzhuang! !

The hotel's exterior is spacious and elegant; the interior design is beautiful and generous; the room layout is reasonable and clean, making people feel comfortable. The buffet restaurant has a rich variety of food, and the food is fresh and delicious. The service in all parts of the hotel is in place and responsive. The children's play area is clean and tidy, with suitable facilities, and the children have a lot of fun; the swimming pool is also very good, safe and clean. In short, I was very satisfied with the food, accommodation and entertainment this time, and I was reluctant to leave, so I extended my stay for another day.

I took my kids on a summer trip. At first, I booked the wrong room package and couldn't cancel it. Later, Xiao Guo from the front desk of the hotel was very helpful and helped to solve the problem. On the day of check-in, the hotel also upgraded our room and recommended nearby attractions and food. I really appreciate the help provided by this hotel. I recommend everyone to stay here and feel the warm service.

Went on a national holiday with my mom and twins. Aaron attended us to right away and he even assisted us with our luggage to our room. The kid’s room was nice and had enough room for my two toddlers to play. Since it was a holiday, the Riverside Restaurant was a tad bit crowded. Despite the number of people, we were attended to by the staff and was given two high chairs that we need. They also replenished food and drinks on time. All in all, it was a pleasant stay in Paradox hotel. Their customer service is superb.

We spent 3 nights at the Fairmont on Yangcheng Lake recently the second week of Chinese New Year. The hotel and accomodation was excellent. We were kindly upgraded to the Fairmont Gold floor and were fantastically looked after by the team there. The rooms were large, with good facilities and quality finishing (loved the shower especially). The hotel has massive gardens and outdoor activities to do (we did some Archery) and is linked to a farm as well. It also has an indoor pool and gym area too. With the weather so cold the outdoor activities were limited (no Kayaking etc). It would have been good if they had a table tennis / pool table / darts area for indoor activities. With the location there are no supermarkets or restaurants near by so you are restricted to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was expansive and great quality. The room service options were varied and good quality and they did have a Chinese restaurant open each night. The buffet restaurant is only open at night on the weekend. If we came again we would come in warmer weather when the water sports were open and the outdoor pool was open to really get the most out of the stay.
