My recent stay at the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the impeccable facilities, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel at home during my short visit. The hotel's facilities were perfect, with spacious and well-appointed rooms. The dining experience was a highlight, with delicious food served in a five-star setting. The only minor suggestion would be to clean the windows from the outside, as they appeared a bit dirty. However, this did not detract from the overall excellent experience. I highly recommend the Windsor Park Hotel Kunshan for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel is really the most comfortable hotel I stayed in during my trip from Nanjing to Suzhou and then to Zhuang Zhou. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic. She picked us up and sent us to the room. The hotel is 20 meters away from the entrance, which is super convenient and not as noisy as the scenic spot. The room is very beautiful and the decoration is very delicate. You can see that it is very attentive. The children especially like it. Highly recommended

The location is in the old town, on Zhongshan Road, with a superior location. There is a square behind it, which is very convenient for eating and shopping, and it is also convenient to take a taxi. It is a few hundred meters away from Tinglin Garden, and it takes more than 10 minutes to walk. The ticket is 20. The hotel has been renovated, the hygiene is very good, the facilities are very good, there are unlimited drinks and snacks in the small refrigerator, there is an indoor swimming pool and a gym, which are very clean. The hotel service staff is of high quality and polite, especially Elena, who has a very good service attitude and gave small gifts. The breakfast is also good. A very nice and beautiful hotel. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable for a affordable price. The service was great with staff who can speak English. Sad that they don’t have the pool opened yet. The breakfast was a bit disappointed for my taste. They could do much better. Overall nice place to stay.

Seeing that I brought my parents and their family of three, Miss Yang Jiayu (Cookie) helped us upgrade to a suite, which was facing Yangcheng Lake, with a great view. In addition, she gave us three breakfasts. When I checked out, she came again. Seeing me sitting and waiting for the car, she came to ask if the deposit had been received. Thank you very much. She also said that an extra bed could be added to the room for free. Later, my parents said that they didn't need it, so they gave up. But this shows that Xiao Yang is very thoughtful, and I praise her again. The room is very spacious and bright. If you need anything, they will deliver it immediately with a phone call. You can eat takeout or eat in their Chinese/Western restaurants. After dinner, you can take a walk around Yangcheng Lake. There are not many people and the air is good. Oh, by the way, we also enjoyed afternoon tea, which was also great! Although we only stayed for one night, all the brothers and sisters were very kind, including someone helping to take the luggage when we got off the car. It was a very considerate five-star service. I also want to thank Ms. Sammi. She added my WeChat to serve me before I arrived at the hotel. She answered all my questions and had a super good attitude. This is a great hotel, centrally located in Kunshan and right opposite a magnificent, huge wet market. There are also plenty of eating options nearby and a park behind the hotel which make the setting ideal. The room is fine without being luxurious and the breakfast is also perfectly adequate, Chinese style. There is a beautiful outdoor area adjacent to the breakfast lounge, perfect for children to play while parents relax in the sun. Service is friendly and I would heartily recommend this hotel.

[Friends and Family Tour] I have been to Zhouzhuang many times and stayed there several times. This time I was impressed by the Life Inn! There are views everywhere, and I was amazed from the moment I walked in. I immediately rented clothes and made three sets of photos! I asked the proprietress to help me book tickets and told her that I had a child. She thoughtfully prepared children's slippers and toothbrushes. When we talked about bathing, I mentioned my menstrual period, so she prepared ginger black tea for us☕️ This view and this service must be praised with five stars!

I went out with friends. It was a very good hotel. It was comfortable, quiet, and clean. There was a shopping mall next to it. It was very convenient for eating and entertainment. I will stay here again next time.
