I am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

I highly recommend this hotel to friends who come to Zhouzhuang for tourism. You can tell from the photos the hotel facilities and environment, and it is very cost-effective. If you spend the same price in the ancient town, you can only stay in a relatively poor homestay. This hotel feels that the overall facilities are quite good, the overall environment is quiet, and the service awareness is also very good. It is only 3.4 kilometers away from Zhouzhuang Ancient Town, and it takes just over 10 taxis (it is easy to get a taxi, we went there during Qingming Festival). There is also a small red car at the entrance of the hotel, which is very free and convenient to scan the code to travel (check the remaining power, don't run around if there is not much left).

Very good, I booked a three-bedroom villa with a Ctrip Platinum Card and directly upgraded to a four-bedroom villa worth 10,000. The emperor enjoyed it. I booked a roast duck for dinner, and there was a barbecue next door. I asked for lamb kebabs without buying the group purchase package. Although the food is good, the serving time is a bit slow, and I will come next time, the day is too short

The hotel itself was nice and modern, but the room was a bit smelly, someone smoked there before. Also for this kind of hotel I would expect English speaking personnel at the reception desk. But all in all fine.

There were also a lot of afternoon tea preparations. If the weather was not too cold to be outside, I could really take a set of blockbuster photos. The hotel is surrounded by lakes and streams, has a parking lot, and has a water town-style house appearance. The location is good and very close to Shen Hall, a tourist attraction in Zhouzhuang. The environment inside is also very good, with the characteristics of the historical buildings in the ancient town. This time the room had a balcony. Outside the balcony is the view of South Lake. The scenery outside the room is unparalleled. The queen bed is on the soft side, with a pair of soft pillows and a pair of slightly harder pillows. The quilt is slightly thick and the day is a bit hot at 20°C. The bathing area is spacious and the hot water is comfortable. The shower gel and shampoo are also good. There is breakfast but it is relatively simple, including porridge + side dishes + small meat buns + eggs and fruits, one serving per person. If you go to Zhouzhuang to recommend accommodation, just call the front desk if you have any questions. The service staff will help solve the problem in time. It is suitable for a short stay.

The lady at the front desk was very gentle. Because there were so many people, she was very nice. If it weren't for the road repairs at the door, I would definitely not be able to stay at the current price. My family was very happy staying here
