All the staff were so friendly and hospitable. The room was unique and memorable. Great location, I really enjoyed wandering around at night after all the daytime groups left!

This is literally the best accomodation I've ever stayed in my life. The owner is so heart warming, prepared a bouquet of crochet flowers that lights up for my birthday, huge fruit platter (home grown), Hand picked out flowers in a vase. Not to mention the details in this place is insane, you feel like stepping into heavenly territory. Can't recommend enough

I am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me. The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs. Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful. Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy. As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels. In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

The environment is very good, it feels very quiet, it looks very old and has the atmosphere of an ancient town, but the facilities are very complete, the sanitation is also very clean, the service is very thoughtful, the room is large and very comfortable.

This inn is located in an alley in the ancient town. It is not as bustling as the city, so we can rest quietly. The owner is very nice, the room is clean and tidy, the environment is very good, and there is a children's swimming pool. The children are reluctant to leave after playing there.

A good place for children to relax and take a walk. The elderly and children are having a lot of fun. Afternoon tea is free to eat and drink ✌️

The inn is located in an alley on the ancient town's cultural street. The Life Inn grew out of the flower alley, which has the true meaning of life. The latex mattress is moderately soft and hard. There is no hustle and bustle of the city. The countryside is quiet and clean, and the mind can also relax.

It's so comfortable to stay in this B&B. I sincerely recommend it to everyone. The decoration style of the inn is very unique, with a retro feel. The staff is attentive. The room is large, the color lighting is excellent, the toiletries are complete, and the surrounding air is fresh. I love it.
