We chose the Crowne Plaza for its Western restaurant. Upon inquiry we asked about the restaurants and was sent to the 5th floor restaurant that only serves local cuisine. Again we asked the 5th floor restaurant where we can enjoy Western food. We were sent back down to the first floor where we found the western restaurant had closed down. It was upsetting to be sent from place to place and not properly informed about dining options. We had to enjoy a mediocre dinner in the nearby shopping center. The occasion was planned for the guest's bridal celebration dinner since she's leaving China and will get married abroad. I'm sorely disappointed in the uninformed restaurant manager and would hardly recommend staying at the Kunshan Crowne as the other Crowne Plaza's I've stayed at was a much better experience.

The hotel is very new and very comfortable! The view from the river view room is great Because we made a temporary reservation, we mistakenly booked a barrier-free room. The beautiful girl Zhang Qi at the front desk helped us deal with it patiently and enthusiastically, and also helped us change rooms. It was really nice. Her warm smile resolved the embarrassment of booking the wrong room. Big thumbs up
