This is my second stay. The hotel's hardware facilities are still intact and relatively new. This time, I was deeply impressed by Zhu Zhengyuan, the room service. After checking in that day, he went out for dinner and came back to the room. He brought a lot of water and thoughtfully laid a white square towel under my slippers. The toilet paper in the bathroom was also folded into a triangle. Few five-star hotels have been able to provide such service in the past 10 years. Very satisfied 👍

Crowne Plaza Kunshan Times is a very worthy choice. The location is near 11 Xiajiahe Park Station, about a few minutes' walk away. The transportation is very convenient. You can take the subway to travel to other areas. The room is very comfortable, with open views and complete facilities. The overall management is very efficient, and all the staff we come into contact with are very polite and sincere in their hospitality. Both the lobby staff and front desk staff provide excellent service. There is an indoor swimming pool with good water quality. The locker room and fitness room are well-equipped. I especially like the staff in the men's locker room who are very dedicated and courteous to guests. The hotel's Western restaurant has a comfortable environment and good service. The breakfast buffet is quite rich and delicious. If I travel to Kunshan again, I will continue to choose Crown Hotel.
