The hotel promptly contacted us after discovering it during cleaning and helped arrange its return. We truly appreciated their attentive and thoughtful service. Regarding the room and facilities, the layout perfectly matched the pictures. There were fresh flowers at the entrance, the bedding was clean and neat, and the lighting created a very cozy atmosphere. The presence of a motion-sensor night light under the bed was a thoughtful touch, making it convenient and safe to get up during the night. The bathroom fixtures were all TOTO, and the hairdryer was also very effective. The only minor suggestion would be for slightly stronger shower water pressure. Overall, it's a great hotel and highly recommended.
