I ordered it because I read online that it was available in all-season configurations, and indeed it was. There are convenience stores and many small food shops in the surrounding area. There is a farmer's fruit store across the road from the door, and there is a large shopping mall about 3 or 4 minutes' walk away. The price of more than 200 is very good value for money. The young lady and brother at the front desk were very polite and attentive.

During the past few days of visiting [Kunming], the [Zhuoen Hotel] I stayed at left a very deep impression on me. They also thoughtfully introduced us to the surrounding travel strategies and precautions. The hotel rooms are spacious, bright, warm and comfortable. The beds are soft and clean, allowing for a good night's sleep. The facilities in the room are all available and of high quality. Whether it is air conditioning, TV or bathroom equipment, they all work well and bring great convenience to people. The bedding is made of Xilinmen mattresses and the linens are made of 6080, which all reveal the hotel manager's control over details. The friendly attitude of the front desk staff makes people feel particularly happy while enjoying their vacation. The geographical location is even more advantageous. Not far away is Kunming Tongde, the most prosperous and lively business district, which saves a lot of time and energy. In addition, the hotel also provides a series of leisure and entertainment facilities, outdoor seats, etc., allowing guests to relax and enjoy their vacation after playing. In short, this trip in [Kunming] became more perfect because I chose [Zhuo En Hotel]. Highly recommended to other friends who are planning to visit here!

Because I went to Kunming to fill up my teeth at Tongde Square Stomatological Hospital, I chose the Radisson Hotel near Tongde Square. After I came, first of all, the front desk clerk's service was very good, very warm, and felt at home. The hotel environment, sanitation and facilities were beyond expectations. The hotel's breakfast buffet is also very rich, complete and clean. And the location is very good, very close to Yunnan University, the former site of Southwest United University, Cuihu Park and Yunnan Uprising Memorial Hall, just a few subway stops. In short, I am very satisfied with the Radisson Hotel. I will continue to stay in Kunming next time and look forward to it.

Value for money, modern 4-star hotel located in center location and near to metro station, it is just opposite MIXC Mall which is an upper class shopping mall. The room is comfortable and breakfast is wide variety and delicious. The hotel is also very child-friendly, they provided child's pillow, toothbrush, slipper and toys. The hotel staffs are helpful and provided great services to make our stay comfortable. There is also free tea-testing at the hotel lobby where the lady tea shop owner is friendly and served good tea. Will stay in this hotel again if go back to Kunming next time.

This is an old hotel, but it is very nice and clean. The key is that breakfast starts at 6:30, which is very humane. Because most of the people staying here are those who dare to take the high-speed rail, it is really great to have breakfast so early.

Hygiene: No problem, two alcohol cotton pads are provided on the toilet, which is quite detailed. Service: The overall service is more concerned with humanistic care than the high-end international chain brands. Breakfast is also OK, meeting simple business requirements. There are welcome fruits after check-in, free mini bar, rich categories, bottled tea, brewed tea, drip coffee, a bottle of beer (I forgot others), these two services can reach the international five-star level. Before check-in, there is a phone call to inform the parking lot address, and after arriving at the store, hot tea is delivered and the room type is upgraded (although it was not informed at check-in, I found it after I moved in). But there are two suggestions: 1. Since good night oat milk is provided, it is recommended that guests who have not checked in at a certain time in the evening can contact to confirm whether the guests need to provide it, and reserve it in advance. 2. It is obvious that the guests have drunk alcohol before arriving at the store. It is recommended to be more discerning and prepare honey lemon tea for them directly, instead of standardized ordinary welcome hot tea. This detail should be the difference between Atour and other international chain hotels, but it is not done. Environment: Located opposite the popular Yuantong Temple, it is a good choice for those who love to burn incense. The upgraded room has a courtyard, and the environment is better. But the sound insulation is not good. At 6:30, the neighbor started to use water and open the courtyard door. The noise was very loud and I was woken up, which was very unpleasant. Facilities: The bedding is really very comfortable. The bed is large, with moderate hardness and softness. It is not too soft to cause deep sinking. The mattress is very soft and comfortable. There are many styles of pillows, the bedding fabric is firm and soft, and the skin feels good. The overall feeling is better than most international five-star hotels. This is a big thumbs up! The facilities in the room basically meet the requirements. It would be better if two cotton pads could be added to the care set. There is no parking lot downstairs in the hotel, which is a big deduction. After parking the car, you have to drag your luggage for about four or five minutes, and you have to cross the road. It is very inconvenient, which is a big deduction, enough to cause you not to choose this hotel next time.

I recently stayed in the family suite at this wonderful hotel and had an exceptional experience. Their dedication and professionalism truly enhanced our stay and made us feel valued as guests. Overall, this hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

The staff are very accommodating. Our flight at 1:00am but check in was at 14:00 and we were very late. The staff were really friendly and efficient with the checking in process. The 2 receptionist spoke English. The room is spacious with great amenities and Dyson hair dryer. Water and rose moon cakes were provided on upon our welcome. The AC is great, the shower water pressure is amazing. The bed is comfy and the pillows are to great. The breakfast is good and the best part is that it’s open from 7:30am -12midday. I couldn’t believe it myself! The food is good with a range of rice porridge, fresh fruit, noodles, boiled eggs, fried eggs, bacon, youtiao (dough stick bread), vegetables, cereal and a range of desserts. They have a selection of coffee, tea and juices. There’s also a self service laundry area and open roof top area with a pool.

This hotel was renovated from the back building of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (Kunming Branch). It was probably the unit's guesthouse before. The price is 185 yuan/night. It was my first time traveling in Kunming. The surrounding facilities of this place are very good. There are many places to eat in Nanqiang Street and it is very convenient to go shopping. The towels in the hotel are also disposable. It would be better if the cups could be sealed with disposable bags. The quilt cover and sheets are very clean, and the pillows are very comfortable to sleep on. The laundry room and restaurant are on the roof, which is very convenient for drying clothes. It would be better if the breakfast could be more abundant~
