房間挺好，服務質量也挺好。早出晚歸時酒店人員都很有禮貌和客人打招呼。在酒店叫車也非常方便，附近翠湖，動物園，圓通山逗挺不錯。

先説優點：位置佳，離翠湖公園西南聯大很近，步行可至；前台小姑娘服務熱情周到；洗衣烘乾為旅行提供很多便捷，衹是需要合理安排時間：早餐尚可。再説缺點：作為家庭房面積偏小，房間通風欠佳。

我們26號下午入住，前台兩位小姐姐很熱情的接待我們，誰知道第二天11點左右退房的時候，遇見了一位全程無視，慠慢，態度極其惡劣的前台服務，我搬完行李下樓，她剛好接待完上一波客人，但是她裝看不見我，（當時衹有我們這一個房的客人，我和3個孩子）轉身走到前台打電話，你是前台有客人搬行李下來不是應該詢問客人是幾號房？要退房嗎？但是她沒有，我等了她一會，看見她完全沒有要理會我，因為我們當時要打車去昆明站坐車，我就直接説：410退房。她頭都不抬也不搭理，難道就連回答請稍等，這2秒鐘都不行（她打電話內容是：請問您訂了我們酒店，大概要幾點入住呢）大概內容是這樣，你是前台難道不是應該幫我退房後才打電話給別的客人嗎？而且退房也就幾秒鐘的事情，看她沒理我，我就轉身推行李出門了，快到門口她來了一句：4 1 0嗎？我當時在想你不是裝聾作啞嗎？怎麼樣還聽得到我説410呢？我就嗯了一聲，出到門口外又是幾個台階，（我帶的是兩個超大行李箱因為我們要在雲南玩半個多月）我和3個孩子又是吃力的抬行李，她全程無視，因為之前我已經和孩子們從2樓抬行李下到一樓已經很吃力了，再加上剛才她的態度我生氣了，當時心想要給一個五星差評，出到門口我又返回酒店問她服務的牌號是幾，看到她胸前沒有牌號，我就直説我要投訴你，然後把剛才發生的事情説了一遍，她直接回了我一句：“你去投訴呀！”態度極其惡劣！我就説：我要打電話投訴到你們總部，還有在評價裏寫五星差評，你全程無視，傲慢，態度極差，説完之後我就走了。我們在門口等車的時候酒店客服就打電話詢問我情況和向我道歉了，在動車上前一天接待我們的小姐姐又打電話來道歉了，還説賠嘗我一部分房費，我直接拒絕了。因為她們的態度我很滿意，我可以不打電話投訴到酒店總部，但是這五星差評必須寫。
