一、設施陳舊，應該是多年前的老賓館。二、地毯的顏色明顯很臟，不同地方的污漬的顏色深淺不一。三、房間裏面味道也難聞，就是那種住太久了房屋的味道。四、去之前明明查了是免費停車場，第二天出門玩了回來開車，要趕時間走，説房間檔次不夠，要額外收費。添堵。後來找了攜程，攜程官方做了補償。五、這個不怪賓館，怪我自己。我以為離翠湖雲大比較近，結果是直線距離近，實際上還是有3公里左右。

酒店雖然小，但是非常的正規是雲南師範大學附屬的酒店管理很規範很安全，住宿很貼心早餐聽的早餐挺好吃的，停車也方便位置特別好，就在市中心

房間不大，衞生乾淨，停車場就在房間外面，但也算安靜，早餐也還算豐富，總體滿意，離教場中路藍花楹很近，性價比不錯。
