The Papuman Hotel is really an unforgettable experience! I received a call from the housekeeper before I arrived at the hotel, giving you the address of the hotel and a warm greeting. When you arrived at the hotel, the handsome housekeeper was waiting in the lobby. The beautiful housekeeper gave you a bouquet of beautiful flowers and a very kind welcome home. The housekeeper helped you take your luggage to your accommodation and explained the layout of the room and the entire hotel to you. The most unforgettable thing for me was that the hotel sent me to the room to remove the tiles. The scenery during the day and at night was particularly beautiful. Two beautiful photographers were very patient to take pictures for me, which was free. The hotel also sent afternoon tea, which was very delicate. The room also sent a fruit platter, and the hotel also had a late dinner! The hotel breakfast is very optional. There is a full box of face towels on the hotel washbasin. When I left the hotel, the housekeeper gave me a hand-mixed gift (flower cake). In short, the attitude of every staff member of the Papuman is impeccable, very enthusiastic, patient, and always ready to solve any problems for me. The environment and facilities are also excellent, reflecting the exquisiteness and comfort of the design everywhere. I will stay in this hotel next time I go to Kunming.

The decision to travel this time was rather hasty. I booked the air tickets and hotels overnight three days before departure. I chose the hotel according to the rating from high to low, and after reading the real reviews, I decisively chose this hotel. Facts have proved that the choice is completely correct! Let me talk about my real feelings and experience of staying for two nights. Advantages: 1. The hotel service staff is warm and polite, and tries their best to meet the needs of the guests staying in the hotel, so that tourists who are away from home feel at home. Special thanks to the housekeeper Xiao He and the thoughtful service of Xiao Yang in the restaurant; 2. The room is clean, comfortable and tidy, and the equipment and facilities are up to the five-star standard; 3. The meals are rich and varied, and breakfast, afternoon tea, and supper are simply too much to eat. The service staff will also take the initiative to ask about dining needs, etc. By the way, there are souvenirs when checking out... Of course, there are advantages and disadvantages. I think the only disadvantage is that it is a bit far from the city. It costs about 20 or 30 to take a taxi to the surrounding places you want to go, but if I come to Kunming next time, I will still choose Papuman without hesitation 😀
