The location is great, close to everything, and there are plenty of businesses nearby, but other than that it's pretty average. The rooms are quite old, with a lot of old dirt. The most suffocating thing is that one room has a water leak upstairs that keeps dripping, so the window has to be closed. In another room, I don't know if it's the air conditioner dripping or something, but there's a constant dripping sound all night long, making it hard to sleep.

30平的房間隔出來兩室一廳，衞生間小的衹能容納一人，洗手枱還漏水，外面也沒有吸水墊，衞生的的水帶到房間到處都是，設施也老舊，300一晚就這條件，也是無語…差評！

房間設計很新潮，屋內設施很齊全，樓層很高觀，夜景很好。趕上搞活動的時候，價錢很實惠。出差旅遊，在昆明入住很方便。公交地鐵。直達飛機場。樓下就是步行街，各種小吃水果飲品一應俱全，價錢也不貴。老闆娘很熱情。有需要出差的旅遊，到昆明玩的放心入住
