Good location nearby to main Kunming train station within walking distance 6mins. There’s also alots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby! Especially famous Kunming jiahua pastry shop selling fresh rose pastry, and the next having Luckin coffee just right beside.

Location was okay but not great, cleanliness was subpar at most, there was pee behind the toilet seat cover, and previous occupant’s hair.
There are three lifts up to our floor but the lifts were pretty slow, so it was always quite a wait.
Service was horrible, girl at desk was unfriendly and spoke to us pretty rudely.
Overall okay stay but won’t be back.

The room was clean and tidy. It was the brightest and cleanest triple room we had ever had. It was convenient for travel. There were shopping malls around and many breakfast snack stands downstairs. I just forgot to take pictures.
