和家人臨時落腳借宿一宿，價廉物美的賓館，樓下早餐店也很多，前台服務態度不錯，是個小帥哥，一聽説我睡眠不好就立即調整到了7樓的房間，必須手動點贊！

7天優品酒店（昆明林業大學世博園店）乾淨整潔 2025年3月26日9點多，從玉溪站乘坐高鐵到達昆明南站，也就半小時的時間。在昆明南站乘坐地鐵4號線轉5號地鐵到達白龍寺地鐵站，走到7天優品酒店（昆明林業大學世博園店），時間是11點多。昆明地鐵裏面有點吵，車廂廣告比較多。酒店屬於上海錦江酒店集團管理，前台還比較乾淨整潔，長條形的格局，門口兩邊不少門面，有幾個餐廳，兩個早餐店。生活非常方便，打車也比較容易。
