It says free airport pick-up, but when I called after picking up my luggage, they said I didn't make a reservation without verifying the information??? I just left the house to get on the bus, and the shuttle left??? When I checked in at the front desk, they didn't even ask me if I needed airport pick-up the next day. Really bad service!
