前台入住體驗極差， 衹有一人在為旅行團忙碌，無第二人， 門僮解釋去吃飯了（下午4點多）。等了十幾分鍾，詢問服務旅行團的人大概還需要多久，她正眼都不看一眼回答説再等一會兒，無奈之下要求其叫同事過來給散客辦理入住。 另一位來了之後立馬給排在之後的人辦理，詢問為什麼不按順序，回答是“我以為。。。” 然後就開始解釋自己的一萬個理由，包括內部開會所以前台衹有一個人等，感覺給住客辦理入住是對住客的一種恩賜。 這麼毫無服務理念説明酒店的管理和理念有問題，對團隊因此也無培訓和服務的要求。 希望這個評論能引起酒店管理人員的反思和之後的改善， 給更多對服務體驗不僅是生活必需品有一定要求的人帶來好的體驗，增強社會和諧。
