Special thanks to the housekeeper Ms. Gu for her excellent service! From check-in to check-out, she always solved our problems with a warm smile and professionalism. Whether it was quickly coordinating room upgrades, patiently answering questions about local travel, or carefully discovering that I had a cold and actively sending ginger tea and medicine, every detail touched me. Not only did she handle the problem efficiently, but she also made me feel the warmth of "being valued" with her sincere attitude.
