酒店服務很好，大堂的客服人員還給升級了房型。酒店離海埂公園很近，步行就到，在滇鮮花餅，還有水果、糕點、粥，小朋友和長者吃的都很開心。酒店的環境、衞生很乾凈，住的很舒心，酒店還有温泉特別棒，房間用的洗澡水都是温泉水洗完很濕潤，值得推薦。

從廣州到雲南開會,第一次預訂這個酒店,真的太出乎預料了，環境優美，早餐也很豐富。當時雖然衹拿了一個包，但禮賓員看到車過來就來迎接,感覺非常親切。還有可愛的小松鼠和大大的草坪

酒店環境真的絕了，在昆明住了這家酒店以後來了大理，很有落差，而且還貴好幾百。。。
早飯也很好吃，米線一定要加肉醬，超級好吃！
服務也很好，東西忘在了酒店，工作人員幫忙寄出的，非常感謝！
位置：非常好，步行可以去滇池，民族村，甚至海洪公園都可以步行溜達着過去！

這家滇池邊的酒店真心推薦！窗外就是滇池，早上能看到湖面起霧，傍晚夕陽照得水面金燦燦的，隨處能見到小松鼠，環境確實好。
服務特別暖心，娃的手錶掉進水池，工作人員立馬找來工具積極幫忙免費打撈，特別實在。
位置也方便，走路到海埂公園、濕地公園不遠，開車去民族村、海埂大壩、西山公園幾分鐘，周邊景點逛着很順。住得舒服，下次來還選這。
