我們在這裏度過了開心的三晚，感謝酒店幫我們做了免費升級，窗外的景色簡直是太好了。入住第一天傍晚收到了小細、小亞還有小非的熱情款待。感謝酒店每晚都有不同的甜品投喂😂，早餐也的確像網友寫的非常的豐盛，很多當地特色小吃在這裏都能吃到，並且還能有提示告訴你怎麼搭配着吃。
酒店地理位置太優越了，下樓過個馬路邊是翠湖公園。我們入住的三天基本上都是圍着翠湖公園轉的，非常方便！
酒店的體重秤不確定是不是沒電了，每天都能給出不同的體重。還以為自己在雲南胖了很多，結果回家一稱虛驚一場。

雖然酒店建造時間比較久了，但是老牌五星級酒店還是有保證的，很整潔乾淨，管家服務也很好，小朋友過生日還送了鮮花和蛋糕，特別感謝一下小高小張和小俊給小朋友過生日唱生日歌，儀式感滿滿～

酒店服務太差。明明已經多次把車牌號碼告知前台，前台還是沒有錄入系統，導致車輛外出時被迫交了20元停車費，實在不願意再耽誤時間了！回來跟前台講明情況，依然不承認自己有問題！

住過幾次翠湖賓館了。一如既往的好。這次碰到了前台的王恩熹，非常不錯的小姑娘。幫我們辦了提前入住，還免費升級到了湖景房。熱情周到的服務讓人很温暖。非常好的酒店。翠湖邊上的有歷史感的地方。推薦。五星酒店該有的一樣不少。睡前銀耳湯，小零食，水果，豐富的早餐滿足你的味蕾享受。
