Hotel was expected of a Crowne Plaza. Facilities, amenities and food were all good, with an indoor swimming pool. Some of the rooms on the higher floors can see Dian Chi and the theme park beside the hotel. Location of hotel is a little far from everything else.

Good environment and the room is quite big. Have central heating at night which make the room so comfortable.

The hotel is clean… located near the theme park.. highly recommended as it is huge hotel…

If you looking for a get away from the busy life and just want to relax your soul, this is certainly the place to stay at very friendly front desk people and well spoken English. Food is delicious, rooms are very beautiful and clean.

I stayed here with my wife on a short get away from the city. We have been there before and enjoyed it very much. If you have kids it’s very conveniently located beside the amusement park and an amazing wetland park. They have shuttles going in a loop all around the area. The only downside was that the dinner wasn’t so great. Breakfast was fine though. We both enjoyed it but not dinner.

This is my second visit to this hotel after two years. When I checked in, Timi at the front desk recognized me and patiently checked me in, welcoming me as an "old customer"!
