賓館離昆明南站不算太遠，步行15分鐘，就在希爾頓酒店後面。房間衞生環境服務各個方面都還不錯，性價比很高。

房間很好，每次放假幾乎都首選這家，其他家要不然就是臨近大排檔要不然就是在大排檔上面，吵得很，半夜一羣老館喝酒吵架，這家離得遠一點相對清靜，而且是老闆接送，會幫忙拿一下行李，其他家基本是代接送，還要自己找賓館位置在哪裡，這家房間沒什麼異味，特價房也涼快通風，之前住過一家名宿改的一點風都沒有，悶得很，這家價格相對來説真的算很便宜，30幾可以訂，還包接送，房間不敷衍，老闆就算不賺錢，也不會因此態度不好。強推
