The overall hotel service was good. The hotel is located at level 25 to 27. The surrounding area is a business district and near to Kunming South railway station. We were checked in to the hotel in mid night, and the hotel front desk staffs were helpful and excellent. The room was big, clean, and comfortable. Our room was at high floor and facing a nice city view. The restaurant is located at the basement. The breakfast is great with a lot of varieties and we liked the rice noodles and the pastries. We got the free ride to Kunming South railway station the next morning by a luxury minivan.

During the room change process, a lady and a handsome guy at the front desk actively arranged the change~ The only thing to be improved is that the air conditioner's outdoor unit and the air outlet are too loud. Even if your room is not turned on, the outdoor units of other rooms outside are also very loud. I stayed for two nights. I got up very early on the first night. I guess everyone thought it was noisy and didn't turn on the air conditioner on the second night. I slept quietly (＾ｖ＾)
