We're truly glad you had a pleasant one-night stay with us.We'd like to share that we are a non-smoking hotel and take this policy very seriously. Unfortunately, there are rare occasions where some guests do not comply and smoke in their room. We do impose strict penalties on such cases. However, it may take some time for the smoke smell to fully air out, despite our team's best efforts.We also appreciate your comments on the furniture and lighting. We are aware of these areas and are currently in the process of upgrading our facilities. Due to our consistently high occupancy, we are only able to block and refurbish a few rooms at a time--but rest assured, the improvements are ongoing.Thank you once again for your encouragement and understanding.
