Problem.during.check in where my booking have not received by hotel.Got to check in and pay again.

Family trip to Taman Negara Pahang. Escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Room is just ok. Air conditioning and water heater function. Breakfast is also ok.

Not worth the price. Price as for a resort and standard as for a guesthouse. The swimming pool is rather a dirty paddling pool. Breakfast was a disaster, there was nothing to choose from and the juice tasted worse than tap water. You're better off eating for 5 ringgit at a stall.

Superb, not very expensive hotel. Clean, welcoming staff. I recommend.

I liked the hotel, it is the best in this village. The price includes delicious breakfasts and dinners.

Very disappointed because the majority of images that appear do not correspond to the current facilities of this hotel, which seems like a scam to me. The most beautiful photos are from the previous hotel, now they have moved to another one and it has nothing to do with it. I have complained to Trip.com so that they force the hotel to only post current images so that they do not deceive more tourists, but so far they have not done so.

The location is splendid (150m from the town centre, don't hesitate to call them and they'll come to pick you up by car). The rooms are nice although the bathroom was not very clean. Great pool ! Wifi very efficient (but only at reception, which isn't too bad as the place is comfortable). Staff efficiency could be better. 💚🤎🐒 Also we have seen many cute lizards🦎.

The photos of the swimming pool is Tekoma resort swimming pool, NOT Xcape Resort. This is cheating on customers and is a commercial crime. Please remove all of the photos of Tekoma resort from TripAdvisor ASAP before legal action is taken.

We booked the Xcape Resort with a party of seven occupying three rooms. We thought we spotted the resort, shown on the booking websites but were prompted to drive on for another two hundred metres. Apparently the resort moved to a new location, which looked nothing like the old one. It had none of the amenities previously listed, like for instance the pool? We specifically booked this place for having a pool. No wifi in the rooms, rooms themselves were very poorly maintained, cracked tiles, several leaks in the bathroom, the toilet was placed in such an awkward way only suitable for small children (i.e. no taller than 1.70m). The rooms were very noisy, especially with the hallway being made out of echoing concrete.

We stayed at the XCape Resort for two days as part of a tour and were glad that it was only two days. We are certainly not demanding and were not expecting a luxury hotel, but the XCape Resort is very simple and primitive. The breakfast is not worth the name. The rooms are very old and simple, the bathroom dirty and just plain unhygienic.

Stayed at the resort for two days while visiting Taman Negara. Qualification: Doable but no longer. Basic. Small swimming pool available. Room acceptable. Air conditioning worked well. Bed reasonable. Cleaned well. Bathroom reasonable but outdated and with some mold. Towels discoloured. Breakfast limited but sufficient. Staff no initiative to refill. It does happen, but you have to ask. Friendly but passive staff anyway. Lunch turned out to be available by reservation only. Evening: buffet for a fee. Limited choice but ok if you're hungry. All in all basic and sufficient.

Please note this hotel has moved. The swimming pool shown is from the previous location. This is confusing when booking the hotel looking at different sites. The hotel is otherwise basic. No WIFI in the rooms (also reported in the facilities). Clean bed and towels. The rest mediocre.

Very poorly maintained hotel and a little far from the village center. Please also note that there is no longer a swimming pool as the establishment has moved. The rooms are more or less clean but have a gloomy atmosphere, to be avoided.
