Mercure Hotels in Kuala Lumpur

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean, the location was perfect and close to everything, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The only small point was that the amenities could be improved a little, but overall it was a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended for couples looking for a relaxing getaway.

It’s a new hotel — clean, modern, everything shiny and fresh. What’s not to like, right? Well… almost perfect. Except, there’s no proper working desk for my laptop. I guess the hotel’s philosophy is: “No work allowed here, sir — you rest, relax, and continue tomorrow!” Fair enough, I suppose. 😂 Anyway, first thing I noticed when I entered the room — no mineral water. None. Zero. So I rushed out to nearby shops looking for one. Two shops later — out of stock! WTH?? Turns out everyone else staying here had the same idea because the hotel didn’t provide bottled water. Finally, I found one at a pharmacy, went back to the room ready for a shower… and guess what? There’s a filtered water tap right next to the sink for drinking! 💧 Moral of the story: Dear hotel, maybe just mention this at check-in — you’ll save your guests a mini cardio session running around the neighborhood looking for water. 😅 Other than that, everything’s great — comfy bed, spotless bathroom, and that brand-new hotel smell.

Great Room but Bathroom Needs Improvement Stayed one night at Mercure Glenmarie — overall, I was satisfied with the room. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. However, there was a problem with the bathroom. When showering, water would leak out through the door, making the whole bathroom floor wet and slippery. It’s a bit inconvenient and could be a safety issue. Hope the hotel can look into this and improve the shower sealing or drainage. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel sangat bersih dan selesa. Kedudukan pintu tandas agak terdedah. This hotel so nice but quite far from mall.
