Good location just a few minutes away from KL Sentral station and the NU mall with many eating options and shops. Also close to the Tun Sambanthan station. The room is ok, comfortable bed and very nice views. The shower was a bit confusing as there were 2 shower heads and it took me a bit to figure out that only the second and smaller one had hot water while the main tab was rather cooler. Also, while there was shampoo and body wash in the shower, there was no soap bar for the sink and we had to get into the shower every time we wanted to wash our hands which wasn’t great. Apart from that there is no much else in the room but no much more you need for a short stay. The best is the infinity pool in the 54th floor and the amazing views at night! What I like about this ‘apartment’ in comparison to other similar ones in airbnb is that there is a kind of reception where you can leave your luggage before and after.

This morning, as I was heading out, I happened to meet the housekeeping staff and asked them to replace the pillowcase as I noticed an odor. When I returned to my room in the evening, the entire space felt refreshed and revitalized. There was a lovely bouquet of fresh flowers on the desk, and the office desk featured beautifully folded towel creations—a pair of swans and a little bear. Such thoughtful details truly impressed me. The staff also left a warm and heartfelt note, which made my day. Thank you so much for your care and attention, making my vacation even more enjoyable.

The residence was located near the metro and train stations and made it easier to travel to places. The room was super clean and tidy with kitchen utensils and equipment for cooking enthusiasts. There was a garden for reading books and self service washing machines. The stuff was helpful and polite. The only problem was waking up around 6 am from the prayer cuz the windows were not soundproof and the prayer was quite loud.

I had a well-spent weekend with my beloved family here. Upon entering the hotel lobby, the staff welcomed us with warm smiles and guided us to the check-in counter. They explained the hotel amenities very well, providing detailed information about each accommodation. The view was beautiful, and I managed to surprise my sister and parents for their birthdays in the room. The hotel management did a great job with the decorations. So far, I have truly enjoyed my time here.

We stayed at Majestic Hotel KL to celebrate our anniversary, and while we were excited about the experience, it fell a little short in terms of making the occasion feel special. I mentioned it was our anniversary during the booking, but unfortunately, there were no special arrangements or acknowledgment, which was a bit disappointing. That aside, the room was spacious and beautifully maintained, living up to the hotel’s reputation for luxury. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the classic decor gave the space a nice touch of old-world charm. Breakfast was another highlight—great variety, fresh ingredients, and everything was delicious. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel with fantastic amenities, but a little extra effort in recognizing special moments would have made it truly memorable.

Alila Hotels and Resorts, which translates to ”surprise” in Sanskrit, was established in May 2001.[2][3][4][5][6] The corporation was founded as part of a takeover of two then GHM-managed hotels in Bali, known as The Serai and The Chedi.[7] Following their separation from GHM, the first Alila hotel opened in Jakarta in 2001. Soon after, hotels in Manggis and Ubud also debuted.[8] The corporate headquarters were relocated from Bali to Singapore in 2004.[5] Alila established a relationship with Commune Hotels, the company behind Joie de Vivre, Thompson, and tommie, in May 2014.[9][10] Soon after, Commune bought 51% of Alila.[8][6] Following Commune's merger with Destination Hotels in 2016, the Alila and the other Commune-owned brands were incorporated under the then recently established holding company Two Roads Hospitality. We had a fantastic stay at Le Meridien. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure we were well taken care of. Room service was quick and reliable, which made things so convenient. The room and the hotel had a stylish, modern design that added to the overall comfort. One of the best things about the location is that it’s directly connected to KL Sentral, making it super easy to get around by train. The only downside is that there isn’t much within walking distance apart from the Nu Sentral Shopping Mall. Still, the convenience of the train access and the excellent service at the hotel more than made up for it. We will definitely stay here again.

The location is nice, not far from KL Sentral, we parked our car at the hotel and use the public transportation to everywhere. The room size is nice, has window, hairdryer, water dispenser and the iron area are outside the room. Breakfast selection is limited, have to clear the table by ourselves because the tables are not many and the staff is fewer, only one staff at the counter and the other staff is at the front door. Wi-Fi is slow sometimes Parking at the basement is not free. The receptionist said it’s RM6 per entry. However, we paid RM20 for 2 days, we just parked the car there.

I had a horrific experience staying here. To be fair, let me share what’s good about this place: 1. Close to KL Sentral station (5-7 mins walk) 2. Very friendly and helpful staffs 3. Spacious gym and sufficient equipment 4. Sound proofing rooms 5. Water pressure and comfortable bed and pillows 6. They have filtered water in the room What ruined the entire stay was the centralised aircon!!! We were assigned 2203 and tried adjusting the room temperature but it did not work, we were freezing and called the engineer to check and was told that the room was 17 degree although the control panel was showing 25! He made some adjustments and told us to wait for 10 mins but after 15 mins the room was still freezing cold. We requested for a room change and had to shift luggage and room at 11:40pm (the staff was very helpful though). After changing to 1702, the first night was okay but the room has a very strange curry smell. It was not a deal breaker so we endured the smell. But the second night when we were back and tried adjusting our room temperature to 25 degree it did not work again! I tried wearing two layers of clothes and couldn’t take it anymore and called them at 2am. The wind was blowing directly to my head and I couldn’t even sleep. There were issues with the aircon system (they use chilled water instead of gas) and the technician spent 30 mins to troubleshoot and resolved the temperature and wind direction issue. Finally I could sleep at 3am but it was such a horrific experience! My 2 out of 3 nights stay were ruined because of the aircon issue!! On top of that, we wanted to use their shuttle service on Sunday but was told that their car was sent for servicing and it’s not available. Asked the staff if the shuttle service will be available the next day but was told to check again the next day as they can’t confirm. Will definitely not go back again or recommend to any friends or family to stay there. There’s no nice restaurants nearby (mostly Indian food) and 7-11 is located 6 mins walk from hotel (nearest one only opens during office hours).
