The location is nice, not far from KL Sentral, we parked our car at the hotel and use the public transportation to everywhere. The room size is nice, has window, hairdryer, water dispenser and the iron area are outside the room. Breakfast selection is limited, have to clear the table by ourselves because the tables are not many and the staff is fewer, only one staff at the counter and the other staff is at the front door. Wi-Fi is slow sometimes Parking at the basement is not free. The receptionist said it’s RM6 per entry. However, we paid RM20 for 2 days, we just parked the car there.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station and NU shopping mall, making it easy for us to access the train. The room was a perfect 10/10, and the service was equally exceptional. The reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable, creating a friendly atmosphere. Although we didn’t get to use the swimming pool due to rain all day, the safety measures here are rated 10/10. The hotel also features a gym and swimming pool. We enjoyed a wide variety of options for breakfast, which was great. It’s easy to catch a Grab from the hotel lobby, and there are convenient stores at both the NU mall and the train station.

Check in procedure was smooth, front desk Omar was super friendly, he checked me in and out after 3 nights. Hilton did a very good initiative by sending the whatapps messages to check on my daily request. It really helps so that I can place my request even though I wasn't in the hotel. That's incredibly awesome! Breakfast selection was great! The chicken rendang and Teh Tarik are my favourite 😍. Didnt expect to have teh tarik in the hotel, the manager was so great to even ”tarik” the tea for me! Housekeeping team was awesome too! Our room was cleaned and neat everyday. Hilton KL is always my first choice, will definitely come back.

Very good location for us to hang around ! Easy to access to anywhere in KL ! The room was huge with nice view ! The most importantly I love the Park 90 wine bar at the lobby lounge :) If you’re a huge wine lover, must come down and check ! The overall experience is more than above average! Sky-High Views: The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking views from the 33rd floor. During the day, the panorama offered a picturesque scene, but it was during the night that the magic truly unfolded. The city lights created a mesmerizing spectacle, turning the view into a dynamic and vibrant display. Cash Deposit Notice: One thing to note is that the hotel requires a cash deposit upon check-in to cover potential incidental expenses. While this was mentioned in advance, I appreciated the transparency and openness about the policy. It's always helpful for guests to be aware of any additional financial requirements before arriving at the hotel. To make the check-in process even smoother, I would recommend future guests prepare the required cash amount in advance. Got the perfect corner room to celebrate new year without having to join the crowd in the middle of the city. Enjoyed the breakfast spread, the room is clean and nice and comfortable. TV does not offer many options for us but we made do with the Wi-Fi. And they also charge us RM15 for parking despite having their own basement parking under the hotel building which I find very absurd.

Very good location, right next to KL Sentral and also 7-11’s and other shops and restaurants. Wi-Fi works ok in the rooms but not amazingly. Beds are clean and comfortable. Shower and toilet area could be a little bit cleaner but nothing to complain about. You are provided with towels but recommend you bring your own shampoo and shower gel. Staff are very friendly and check in process is easy. All in all I would stay here again.

The apartment itself is centrally located and there are good security/valet officers. It is about a 10 minutes drive to Mid Valley and the train station is nearby too. Payment is a breeze too and instructions are clear. There are a lot of good food too nearby if you care to walk. I find that this is the hotel for friends and families but the ”second floor” is pretty steep and not meant for very young children. It is more suitable for families with teenage children instead. There are enough facilities in the house too like Netflix. However, the walls were peeling leaving residue and cleanliness was a slight issue as there were hair here and there. There is also only one access card per room and this made it difficult if you are going out with friends (who wants to do their own things).

Excellent new apartments (have been open for a month) clean, snow-white bed linen, comfortable bed, separate shower and toilet, hot water, freshly renovated, great view from the window of iconic landmarks, beautiful pool on the roof, excellent budget laundry on the 30th floor, of the shortcomings, there is a kitchen in the room, but from kitchen utensils only two mugs and plates, no cutlery, no kettle, you can ask for it, but they brought it 4 hours after repeated messages in the chat, but overall everything is fine
