Hotels in KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

Place is at a good location. Close to subway and Little India. Have to request room service otherwise room won’t be cleaned and towels won’t be replaced. Concierge needs to have better service especially informing guests to call via WhatsApp rather than text otherwise requests won’t be met and messages won’t get a response.

Most disappointing is no message as promised when room is ready since we did checkin earlier. So, finally we got back at 4pm and check by ourself. Very old style hotel in comparison with others. Deposit is still required and release amount takes 7-14 days. You can tell from the room that is quite old hotel as the wood was a bit torn. And room is dark for family even with all lights on. Maybe better if the light can be adjustable to fit all types of customers. A bit overpriced in this kind of room as similar price may got a suite in Bukit Bintang. Only impressed by the swimming pool with slide.

Cute, fully equiped, compact new condos. 15 minute stroll to NuSentral Mall and Expres train to airport.An elevated tram is 100 yards away that goes to Bintang and Chinatown. Chinese be forewarned - a massive graveyard is within view. Adjoinng 'river of life' is underwhelming, but its the home of monitor lizards and otters that occasionally prowl the riverside (don't worry- the river is at lowered canal level)

I had a great experience staying at Aloft KL. The room is clean, service is good, great location and easy to commute around. The hotel is linked to Nu central shopping mall and KL sentral where you can take all the public transport including monorail, LRT and the KLIA Express.

We stayed at Majestic Hotel KL to celebrate our anniversary, and while we were excited about the experience, it fell a little short in terms of making the occasion feel special. I mentioned it was our anniversary during the booking, but unfortunately, there were no special arrangements or acknowledgment, which was a bit disappointing. That aside, the room was spacious and beautifully maintained, living up to the hotel’s reputation for luxury. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the classic decor gave the space a nice touch of old-world charm. Breakfast was another highlight—great variety, fresh ingredients, and everything was delicious. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel with fantastic amenities, but a little extra effort in recognizing special moments would have made it truly memorable.

Value for money. 5 mins walk to Bangsar LRT via a bridge linked to the hotel. Room is spacious and interior is modern. Parking is inside hotel building equipped with CCTV. Valet parking is available too. High quality breakfast!

We had a fantastic stay at Le Meridien. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure we were well taken care of. Room service was quick and reliable, which made things so convenient. The room and the hotel had a stylish, modern design that added to the overall comfort. One of the best things about the location is that it’s directly connected to KL Sentral, making it super easy to get around by train. The only downside is that there isn’t much within walking distance apart from the Nu Sentral Shopping Mall. Still, the convenience of the train access and the excellent service at the hotel more than made up for it. We will definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located about 5mins walk from Sentral Station. If you like Indian food like nasi briyani, roti, thosai, naan, curries etc..., this place is close to many good Indian restaurants, street food & cafes. It has a swimming pool, play pool & a gym on the 5th floor. Breakfast is also the 5th floor. Spacious & clean room with cooking facility & a large fridge. Nice view of Merdeka 118 building from accommodation.

I needed a quick, cheap overnight stay near KL Sentral to get to KLIA the next morning; this met the requirements. Location was good; don't be wrongly detoured by Google Maps, go though the NU Sentral Mall and exit on the other side. Advise you take ground level so that you are on the street side, then take turns on the applicable streets. It's pretty well marked, can't miss it. The room was alright, definitely spacious for a solo traveller. Small work desk next to the window, with another table with amenities. AC is powerful, so it can get cool, but can also get some lighting from the large windows. The washroom was dated, especially the shower area. The water stream would be a bit uneven, when initially turning = no water, then blasts once past a certain point. Ensure that you properly ventilate. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and professional. Apparently there's the occurrence of guests taking stuff, so I noticed an itemized list of items in the room and their price should it be taken... Not sure if there are any other amenities in the place. So, if you need great value, short term stay that's very convenient (and not sketchy) near NU/KL Sentral, this will do.
