Hotels in Golden Triangle, Kuala Lumpur

The location is strategic. However, I found that the staff was not very attentive and did not consider allowing a late check-out. I feel that even if there were availability, they strictly adhered to a policy of not permitting late check-outs for a few extra hours. When I inquired at the front desk, different staff members gave the same response without checking the system first. There were no clear instructions on how to order in-room dining. The phone in the room did not have a direct line to the restaurant, and when we tried calling the front desk, no one answered. In the end, we had to go downstairs to the restaurant and place the order ourselves. The food we ordered was taken directly from the buffet dinner available at the restaurant, and it was cold. They didn’t bother to heat it up before serving it to us.

My suggestion hotel to other close friend. The place very strategic. Nearest with all place. Recommeded.

Had a wonderful stay at the stripes. Wanted to try out another autograph hotel, and to me though it was great, felt like some things can be improved like the breakfast selection. Swimming pool area was a little small maybe bcause we went during weekends so it got a crowded. They hotel staff forgot to get us a cake for anniversary :( but it’s all good though. The staff who sits in front of the hotel + does the car valets are sooo friendly we felt very welcomed. Thanks so much!

An excellent hotel with fantastic support from all the concierge staff. The hotel is a great location with Heritage Road only being a side street away. A great street with a large choice of restaurants for all different palates . The pool is a lovely place to relax with the KL Tower over looking you. Also, a small walk away there is instagram opportunities with the twin towers lit up at night. Definitely would recommend this hotel when staying In Kuala Lumpur.

All okay. Cleaning staff are very punctual. I like the 2 girl staff at receptionist only they are very friendly and good communication service. The manager fahmi are rude. Baju nmpk slekeh mcm x terurus. First impression are really bad with this guy. Sorry. I had to say because he is really rude and not satisfied. Overall staying here are ok and comfortable.

Finding the parking was a bit hassle as the signage to the hotel parking is a bit obscure. You gotta really be on alert looking for signage. The hotel itself is really nice. Check in at level 25 but it wasn’t even mentioned on the first level floor as the it was under construction on that floor. So you gotta ask around to know where to check in. The room was spacious, clean. However the carpet have that unpleasant smell. The corridor smell nice. The view was good from our room. The water pressure was great despite we are on the 26th floor. The breakfast was superb. Really good and everything was delicious. The location is really strategic and close to pertama complex and sogo. Plenty food to choose from in that area. We might consider staying here again

Thanks for providing me the hairdyer as a request and fast respond and sent the request immediately .. Nothing to complain, all i need is there .. twin bed which is i dont need make up room since i can change to the next bed on the second day 😆.. I have enough rest , quite and comfortable bed .. Thank you Gorgeous , Looking forward to see you again on the next trip 😁..

I think the hotel need to provide the disability facilities because really hard for people who using wheelchair or stroller for go up. And hotel need to provide parking lot for guest, bcause it's hard for us to carry a lot of things.

Clean and comfortable boutique hotel room with reasonable pricing. Customer service not bad as all staff are very friendly. The only setback was no toothpaste and toothbrush given.. Be ready to walk to nearby seven eleventh to buy one..
