Nice place if you are traveling on budget - safe, clean, comfortable with nice and polite staff. The rooms are spacious, the location is convenient- near the MRT station, also in walking distance from the Petronas, easy to order the taxi or food delivery. Recommended!

Room was spacious, clean and smells good. Walking distance to Jalan TAR and Masjid India. Friendly staff and checking in process was so smooth except only 1 receptionist at counter and it does took a long time. Literally you can hear sound from next door and couldnt get a proper sleep due to noise from next door.

It’s been a while since my last trip to KL, and I was looking forward to a relaxing stay. The hotel is located in a nice and relatively quiet area. The surroundings are not too crowded, and you can even see the KLCC from the street outside, which is a pleasant bonus. The parking system is a bit unique—it uses a car lift, and guests are required to pay RM10 for staff assistance to park the car. While this may be convenient for some, it might not suit everyone’s preferences. The room was clean, but I found the sink placement (outside the bathroom) to be a bit inconvenient, as water tended to splash and get the surrounding area quite wet. The working table came with a very basic chair, which felt a little underwhelming for a hotel of this standard. Housekeeping is managed by foreign staff. My mother, who doesn’t speak English, tried to request a towel in the morning. Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding, and the staff thought she was opting out of room cleaning for the day. As a result, when we returned to the room at 11pm, we were surprised to find it had not been cleaned. I contacted the operator to clarify, but he only spoke English and couldn’t understand my question in Malay. He explained that guests must inform the operator daily if they would like their rooms cleaned. This was quite surprising to me, as I’ve never stayed in a 5-star hotel that requires such a daily request for housekeeping. Overall, while the location is good and the hotel has potential, the service and communication process could be improved. It was not the experience I was expecting from a 5-star hotel.

Located close to major attractions in Kuala Lumpur like KL tower, Hard Rock Cafe, Bukit Bintang and KLCC, this modern serviced apartment offers large studio room fully equipped with room amenities you could think of; Samsung 2 in 1 washing machine + dryer, Samsung door-lock system, Netflix on smart TV, cooking pots and pans, powerful A/C and hot water. There is no front desk for checking in, so after booking your stay you need to contact the respective host to meet and collect keys. You need to prepare a hefty amount of RM 300 for security deposit upon checking in. You'll be given one access card to access all levels, elevators and doors on this apartment so it's wise no to lose it. There's a pool, playground and gym as well as breathtaking view of KL city skyline at the rooftop level. During our stay, the lighting was not working well so the parking was dark and the elevator to pool level was faulty too. On the positive side, mamak stalls and fine dining eateries and cafes are available within walking distance and we absolutely love it.

A Comfortable Stay with Minor Issues Our check-in experience was fast and efficient, setting a positive tone for our stay. The room itself was beautiful, impeccably clean, and well-maintained throughout our visit. One notable highlight was the doormen - without exception, they were incredibly polite and welcoming every single time we encountered them. We did encounter one issue with the room's outdated air conditioning system. Even after turning it off, the unit continued blowing cold air, leaving the room uncomfortably cold until the following day. The breakfast buffet offered an extensive selection, though the restaurant seemed understaffed during peak hours. On multiple occasions, we waited 10-15 minutes for basic items like milk, fruit, bread, and cheese to be replenished. The juice station attendant appeared particularly overworked, while the omelette chef - though constantly busy - handled orders with impressive speed and skill. Despite these operational hiccups, the hotel's strong service foundation (especially from the wonderful doormen) and well-kept facilities made for an overall pleasant stay.

Its a very nice minimalistic apartment just nearby quill mall. Good thing - affordable as the location is really nearby jalan TAR. Parking is provided n spacious enough for big cars. No lift problem unlike certain aprtments. Minus point - can be really packed at night, and there are no crockery at all - glasses, cups etc. ⭐️⭐️ plus point - no deposit taken at all.

Hotel location was so near to shopping centre & foods area. It’s just a walking distance, so convenient. I will look forward stay-in here again. Thank you MPalace hotel & Trip 👍🏻

A comfortable hotel surrounded by amenities and facilities suitable for shopping in the heart of Kuala Lumpur city center Hotel lobby on the 25th floor and rooms from the 26th-30th floor. There are only 5 floors. Perfect for training, family vacations. It's just that the divan bed is very, very high and quite dangerous for small children. Hotel yang selesa dan dikelilingi dengan kemudahan dan fasiliti sesuai untuk membeli belah di tengah pusat bandaraya Kuala Lumpur Lobi Hotel di tingkat 25 dan bilik bermula tingkat 26-30. Ada 5 tingkat sahaja. Sesuai untuk latihan, percutian keluarga. Cuma katil divan sangat-sangat tinggi dan agak merbahaya untuk anak-anak kecil.
