Every time in KL , I must stay at this hotel, very good at location near to sogo and also near to LRT Station. My grand children like the pool very much. The room of hotel is very clean and tidy. Overall the best hotel for my family 👍👍👍

A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Kuala Lumpur I recently stayed at this hotel to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and it was an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was nice, clean, and well-maintained—perfect for our stay. The hotel offers valet parking for RM10, which was convenient, especially given the location right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. We had easy access to local attractions and the bustling city vibe. One of the highlights was the beautiful swimming pool, where you can enjoy a fantastic view of the KL Tower. It was such a relaxing spot to unwind. The amenities were top-notch, and we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a slice of cake from the hotel to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The only downside was that, at night, we could hear some noise from the nearby bar, but it wasn’t too disruptive for us. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur!

I was very happy with my room and hotel. I would definitely stay there again. My room was spacious and i lived the extra walk in closet. Bathroom was spacious and clean too.The attendants at the morning buffet and at the concierge were very warm and attentive. If not outstanding, Buffet was pretty decent for the price . I felt taken care of and was happy for the price i paid. Also, the gym and sauna was good. I highly recommend it.

I was pleasantly surprised by my second stay at the property. Compared to my first stay, the room and ambiance were significantly improved. I decided to extend my stay. While the property is generally aged, some furnishings, such as door frames and side tables, may not be in optimal condition. However, the room was well-lit, and the air conditioning was in good working order. Both soft and firm pillows were porovided. I was also lucky ad the room has a stunning view of Menara KL

Finding the parking was a bit hassle as the signage to the hotel parking is a bit obscure. You gotta really be on alert looking for signage. The hotel itself is really nice. Check in at level 25 but it wasn’t even mentioned on the first level floor as the it was under construction on that floor. So you gotta ask around to know where to check in. The room was spacious, clean. However the carpet have that unpleasant smell. The corridor smell nice. The view was good from our room. The water pressure was great despite we are on the 26th floor. The breakfast was superb. Really good and everything was delicious. The location is really strategic and close to pertama complex and sogo. Plenty food to choose from in that area. We might consider staying here again

Murali, the receptionist, was exceptionally kind and friendly. The location is fantastic—just a 3-minute walk to the nearest Rapid KL station and only about 10 meters from a 7-Eleven. Cleanliness was top-notch; the toilet, sink, and bowl were spotless, and the water pressure was excellent. However, I did encounter a few minor issues. The beddings had a musty smell, like old linen, and I could hear water running from the neighboring room when they used the shower or sink. Additionally, noise from other guests in the hallway was quite noticeable.

Thanks for providing me the hairdyer as a request and fast respond and sent the request immediately .. Nothing to complain, all i need is there .. twin bed which is i dont need make up room since i can change to the next bed on the second day 😆.. I have enough rest , quite and comfortable bed .. Thank you Gorgeous , Looking forward to see you again on the next trip 😁..

Clean and spacious hotel with nice view. Strategic location within walking distance to nearest shop and restaurant. Near to train station too. Fast check in and check out experience too

location is good.cleanliness need to improve a bit specially toilet..a bit smell.,on the last day our stay at night there’s fire alam ringing through out the hotel and all the customer worried.the management of the hotel a bit late take action..need to improved on that matters.
