Hotels in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur

This is my 2nd stay with Hyatt Place Bukit Jalil. I really like the spacious room and hotel location which is near to Pavi Bukit Jalil. Since i stayed here during my birthday, the hotel staffs were very kind and sent me a slice of cake to my room. Shout out to the hotel porter on duty that day as he’s so kind and patient while helping me with the parking direction, waiting for me to check in and sending my bags to the room. Overall i enjoyed my birthday staycation here.

It’s a strategic location for concert go-ers. Room if quite spacious despite of the price. The downside is the parking available. Hard to find a public parking spot and need to opt for private one near The Store which is around 5 minutes away. Nevertheless, everything is good and has a variety of food selections no matter how late it is.

The hotel is clean. I booked small room so the room looks small but the washroom size surprise me, quite a big washroom. And the room come with a small balcony with good night view.

It's just the opposite of the Pavillion Bukit Jalil. The room is clean, and it comes with a microwave and washing machine with dryer function. Towels are provided. However, please bring your own toothbrush kit, shampoo, and conditioner (Bosy wash is provided). The owner is very responsive.

Studio got booked but owner provided us another studio, house is clean and nice owner.

After a long and tiring trip arriving from Chengdu City, we are glad we managed to get such a wonderful hotel night stay here in #swing&pillows hotel strategically located here in the fringe of KL... Super convenient surroundings with multiple shops, cafe & restaurants to satisfy our every need... Staffs were super friendly ensuring we get first class treatment...

Pros: Overall, this SVC APRT is very well located. Just a walk across that Mega BJ Pavilion MALL Room is spacious/new. Adequate provision of towels, floor-rug, shower/hand foam & toilet roll. Cons: vinyl flooring tends to be very slippery, not sure why, maybe due to some polishing ? Rubbish bin can put bigger ones. Shower area at least install a shower curtain/screen, as water tend to splash out easily. ( depending on yr room layout ). Check in needs more co-ordination as guests may not be able to locate it/ and security counter is very noisy [ LADY GUARD ALWAYS shouting on h/p !! :) ] *OVERALL, it was a good stay, recommended for all who needs a place near this HUGE MALL.

Honestly I'm gonna repeat staying here..Cleanliness, Location,service,Amenities are all good ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The room look cozy and neat.. The view at night is also great.. Toilet: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ got heater for shower 👍🏻 Tv : Google TV ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ watch whatever you want Bed : Queen n sofa bed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staffs were very friendly, the location I picked this hotel was very near to the National Stadium Bukit Jalil for my Bruno Mars concert, although its 20mins plus by walking distance but I still prefer to get Grab car much easier and faster to get there Overall the hotel was comfortable to stay in for 3days 2nights for concert, room was okay the only thing is the TV is there but it's not working 🤣, water dispenser need to go to the receptionist counter to fill in and there is no chair for the dressing table 🤣 But yeah overall the service, friendly of staffs very satisfied, just that hope they will do some fixing about the TV, water dispenser and please have the stainless steel body judge kettle in each room, love to visit the hotel again for my next trip 🥰🥰🥰😘🤭🤭🤭🤭
