Fantastic stay from check-in onwards. At the reception, Iziam was great : professional, attentive, polite and smiley.
We enjoyed every second of our stay. Superb for families as the pool is fun and lots of places to eat around.

Situated in the neighbourhood area od Damansara, Dorsett Hartamas offers stylish stay at somehow mid-range price.
Plaza Damas is a stone's throw walking from the hotel, making it a suitable place to dine, shop and retreat.
However, I experienced the following, making the overall rating reduced:
1. No hot water for shower/ sink - until the next morning
2. The room is appeared compact and less spacious compared to what's been shown in website/ room selection
3. Not mentions of parking is paid separately (RM 3.70 per entry, not FOC)

The room is spacious with full amenities provided, sufficient parking space available and it is near to the business area of desa sri hartamas which is full of food choice.
However some of the items in the room need touch up and cleanliness can be better. The door of the wardrobe spoiled so only able to open till half and there is some dust not clean properly compared to the previous stay.

Very good location for anyone going to Solaris Mont Kiara. Only 5mins walk! Cozy environment, clean and friendly staff. Just the parking is quite limited when u have bunch of friends staying together but with more than 1cars, maybe should provide cheaper parking rates.

The room is spacious and great for couples or with single children. They provide daily housekeeping services and also parking.
The only thing if you use credit card for the deposit they do charge it so since the refund is on different days you will loose out on the fees and exchange rate.

Everything was great, owner reply fast and solve every issues. Even with the neighbor singing around midnight hour the owner responded to my message fast and have the cleaner complaining to the neighbor to stop the karaoke. But there’s two things I didn’t got the chance to tell the owner. First the AC in the master bedroom is not cold enough and making a lot of noises. Secondly the remote control button for Netflix has to change as I have to press it a couple times sometimes hard on the down button for it to react. But so far everything went great during my stay and plan to come back next year October again for my stay.

My daughter & I loved this home away from home stay, the comfortable bed, the equipped kitchenette and the suite’s great location with many eateries surrounding it.
We also find the staff, Ali, very helpful and professional. Thank you, Ali, for helping to store our luggage after our check out and before we went to the airport.
Will stay there again when I’m in the area again.

Reading all the reviews was really helpful to set our expectation & prepare some stuffs that we need i.e., extension cord with universal sockets, hair drier, personal hygiene products (only soap available), etc. Don't expect any electric kettle/cups/tea, shampoo, the hotel don't provide this. Cleanliness: good for its class, I didn't see any cockroaches. The AC, water heater, flush worked fine. Although, I saw some minor leaks on the bidet & AC but were manageable. LIFT DIDN'T WORK, they have 3 floors, so be prepared. There's a strong smell of cigarettes in the hotel corridors and everywhere😁

衞生：換到二樓後網絡是好了，桌上，牆上，總會有大大小小的蟑螂，被子，床單，枕頭上莫名的黑點，污漬，總之難受
環境：環境還行，一樓沙發都快包漿了，明顯的污漬
服務：服務生小哥操着一口不biu準的英語，總是讓人很難理解他在説什麼，但是要殺蟲劑，換房，修wifi，續費倒也挺積極
總之，不太推薦，也是了，國內的低端價格，在國外能好到哪裡去呀
