This is a very contemporary exterior, luxurious interior, intelligently operated, easy check-in procedure, rooms are more spacious than the average hotel, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, featuring air conditioning, fans, internet, and filtered water dispensers, and it's easy to book a cab.

Big, nice & clean room (Junior Suite) with a view of the city. Staff are very friendly. Aircon for room already on prior to our arrival, very good service. Breakfast varieties are good, too. Near the new Pavilion Damasara, LRT station & DC City Mall. Grab transport to anywhere is easy as highways are easily accessible.

We stayed at Majestic Hotel KL to celebrate our anniversary, and while we were excited about the experience, it fell a little short in terms of making the occasion feel special. I mentioned it was our anniversary during the booking, but unfortunately, there were no special arrangements or acknowledgment, which was a bit disappointing. That aside, the room was spacious and beautifully maintained, living up to the hotel’s reputation for luxury. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the classic decor gave the space a nice touch of old-world charm. Breakfast was another highlight—great variety, fresh ingredients, and everything was delicious. Overall, it’s a lovely hotel with fantastic amenities, but a little extra effort in recognizing special moments would have made it truly memorable.

We arrived the hotel around 1.35pm. The front desk staff let us to checked in earlier. Room very clean and spacious . The pool at the top floor very nice. I definitely will be back again. The staffs here very friendly. 10/10.

Our accommodations featured a beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and comfortably appointed room with a fully equipped kitchen and convenient washer/dryer. However, the extended wait times (5-10 minutes) for the elevator, as noted in prior reviews, proved to be accurate. While the hotel offered a large, family-friendly pool and a smaller, quieter alternative on a different floor, the gym's limited equipment was a notable shortcoming. Further issues included an inadequately adjustable air conditioning unit directly facing the bed, disruptive hallway and adjoining room door noises, and an underwhelming breakfast selection. The a la carte breakfast, limited to a single item from seven basic choices (e.g., Bolognese, waffle, or bagel), was also less expensive when purchased directly at the hotel. Ultimately, while the room's décor and amenities were commendable, the other issues prompted us to relocate to a different hotel for the remainder of our stay.

I like this hotel, The breakfast is so nice. The room is so clean and comfortable.This location is best , near to Hartamas plaza .

Place is fine. Very convenient location. Only 2 small suggestions. 1. Hotel doesn't provide free parking. If you are driving, you need to park at the mall/office car park and pay for parking. 2. Access to the mall is locked after 10pm. I have to go into the rain to collect my car at the mall car park. Making it very messy. Overall it's a good hotel.

My stay at the Signature Service Suite in Hartamas was exceptional. The suite was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, offering all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with convenient access to dining options, shopping, and key areas in the city. The staff were friendly and professional, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. The overall atmosphere of the property was pleasant and well-maintained, making it a fantastic choice for both short and long stays. Highly recommended!
