The hotel has a convenient location, but there are several areas that could be improved. The lift is quite slow, and while breakfast is adequate, the taste is fairly average. The restaurant staff could be more welcoming, which would enhance the dining experience. Basic amenities like hand soap are missing, and foot mats are only provided upon request. Additionally, there is no bellboy service for luggage assistance, which might be inconvenient for some guests. Overall, while the location is a highlight, the hotel would be more accurately rated as a 3-star.

The location is perfect for us. It's close to Jalan Alor and not too far from Petaling. Wifi is weak. YouTube playing not smooth and quite often simply stopped.
Shower pressure as weak as the wifi. Overall it's a pleasant stay at this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this hotel considering the price paid. It was clean, the room was spacious (unlike the modern ones which cramp everything into a small space). The hotel seems to be really popular with tour groups so the lobby is always buzzing, but that's not a bad thing. I didn't get a package with breakfast so cannot comment.
There is a small pool in the hotel that wasn't busy.
I docked a star off for location as, while it is a stone's throw from the lovely Jalan Alor food street and a little further afield Bukit Bintang, there is no monorail / metro station nearby - the nearest being Bukit Bintang or Hang Tuah, which is still a good 8 to 10 mins walk. However, Grabs are aplenty and affordable so that shouldn't be an issue for most.

Location was walking distance to the core downtown shopping eating area. Room was quiet and BIG. Air conditioning was good. View was good. But the FnB was average and the lifts smelled weird. All in all good value for the money.
