The team in the club lounge were very friendly and good with assistance. Ambience and stay with club lounge was awesome. Only thing to comment was the waiting time for drinks during the lounge sessions. Waited for almost 20mins for the drinks to be served. Understood that the staff said he is understaffed and working alone and needed some time, but I feel 20 mins++ was a bit too much. Aside from that, I salute and thank the team for providing my friend and I such a pleasant stay with Riz Carlton

My favorite choice of hotel is that the service is excellent and the room is spacious. Location in the shopping area that is easily accessible.

*************. Everything went smoothly. Checking in was ok although my request for upgrade to club room not successful. However the hotel did decorate my room 515 for my sister's 47th birthday and gave a slice of chocolate birthday cake. Tq.

In overall the hotel is fantastic. Exceptional quality of services from the hotel staff, classic room and spacious and good gym facilities (techno gym a world class gym equipment provider). The hotel also located the prime of city. In overall I wanan thanks for the hospitality of the hotel and the staff.

The quality of service and luxury provided by the Ritz Carlton KL is exceptional for the cost. We enjoyed a two night stay and would recommend staying here to others. The location is great just a 5 min walk to the pavilion mall and a 25 min walk to the petronas towers.

Very nice loction

If you like shopping, this hotel is the perfect place to stay in KL. Walking distance to Bukit Bintang and TRX Exchange. Lot of choice to go eating. A bit crowded during public holiday. Hotel is nice, clean and friendly staff.

Located at the heart of the city and near MRT Bukit Bintang, this 5 stars hotel offers excellent convenience for vast shopping and dining options. The old hotel is newly refurbished in recent years with a majestic and luxury theme. The staff were friendly and always greeted with a smile. The breakfast was delicious even though it has a limited spread for a 5 star hotel. The room was comfortable and clean but the shower and bathroom tub drain pipe was a bit clogged making the water slower to drain. The swimming pool is a bit small with a 5 foot depth. The gym is small but the equipment is new. Overall it is a pleasant stay for us.
